Just sitting here thinking about how the Dodgers showed continued faith in Max Muncy by extending his contract, and he repaid them with a starting All-Star, Gold Glove Finalist, 3 more postseason home runs season. And he's gonna go and get that 4th ring for them next year.

Imagine paying $700M for a two-way player and then debating whether you should let him pitch. You can’t trade him to recoup value because of his no-trade clause, and maybe 3 teams could realistically take on that contract and offer a fair return. Yikes.
