LBACS dogs and cats need your help. Our City’s commitment to Compassion Saves means that animals in our care can live and thrive. Over two hundred pets are in the shelter, and over one hundred animals are in the Foster Program. We need your help by fostering, and adopting. – at Long Beach, CA
The 3-3-3 rule is the adjustment period that represents the phases of a rescue dog or common behaviors your new dog or puppy will go experience. It is during the first 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months after bringing your dog home from the shelter. Please be patient with your pups.
