A coach who challenges you, holds you accountable, and pushes you past comfort isn’t attacking your character, it’s an act of belief. It means they see your potential and are invested in your growth. When it’s real, it’s felt. And over time, it’s deeply appreciated and respected.

On Teams,
1. It’s not if you talk. It’s if they can HEAR you.
2. It’s not just about passing. It’s about passing the ball ACCURATELY.
3. It’s not just about running the Floor. It’s about SPRINTING the Floor.
4. It’s not about playing through contact. It’s INITIATING contact.

If I were an uncommitted 2027 right now, I'd make 3 lists:
A: Schools actively recruiting me
B: Schools showing some interest
C: Schools I want that haven't shown enough interest
My time would go:
70% → A
20% → B
10% → C
1 of the hardest recruiting lessons: Don't spend all your energy chasing schools while ignoring the ones actually recruiting you. Best way to miss out.

PACE goes beyond transition offense
What does your pace look like when you...
- cut
- screen
- swing the ball
- drive it
- roll to the rim
- get to your spots
