Kentucky center Coleton Price…😤

KENTUCKY: Big one. Used deception on off well. Pre snap shifts & motions helped them steal yards, masterful. Misdirection helped. 1 was great, had just enough patience on both gap & zone runs. 81 blocked his fanny off. WRs made tough catches & got tough yards, esp 5. 77 played well, handled games. Tackles had a few key downs in pass pro. Effective in play action protection. QB fortunate on a couple high risk throws but made great decisions most of the game. Mesh worked again. Just enough called QB run. Missed a couple edge pressures. Defense did a much better job generating pass rush. 2 got home. 6 affected the pocket. 8 had good reps off edge. 7 got push inside. Liked the overloads & edge pressures that were called. They tackled well in space. Limited run after catch. Got QB off his spot. Took the ball away. 0 was flying around. 22 played fast. 2 flags & 0 turnovers will keep you in a ton of games.

Kentucky tackle Lance Heard…😤

KENTUCKY: Massive win on the road. Loved the plan on off. Stubborn enough with the run. Used play action & pre snap movement to split the defense. Nice use of formations. Gave themselves options. Protection a bit shaky at times. Liked how they moved the pocket. QB operates things well, took check downs. Nice on move. Hit shots. Good leaving pocket. No hero ball. TE inserts were big in run game. OL gave great effort, extra in run game. 53 really good in short yardage! 72 had a nice game. 2 a big takeaway. 94 dominant again. DL cranked it up later in game. Kept LBs clean to make plays. Knocked ball down. Tackled well on intermediate routes. Gave up quick throws but not many YAC. 8 was active, good rush reps. Overall looked to be on same page with both plans.
