@sciencevs should definitely do an episode on fecal transplants. Some think they help with weight loss, make them more attractive, and other shady motives. Why aren't they more common in the US? There is apparently a cottage industry in the US for do-it-yourself transpoosions.

Good morning from my field "office" in the prairie at the #FortPierreNationalGrassland #FPNG! May the pitfall trap deities grant us a good week of samples! @USFSNebraska – at South Dakota, USA
I have always liked Ray Charles and I am watching @iamjamiefoxx play him in Ray. I sincerely believe him as Ray Charles. What an incredible performance. – at Mitchell, SD
This usually shy critter came way too close to biting me today! I saw venom flinging off of the fangs as it was that close to hitting me! – at South Dakota, USA
@snakeymama You should come to the Fort Pierre National Grassland (SD, USA) for some field work. I seem to nearly step on a prairie rattlesnake at least once each summer. 😀 #FPNG @USFSNebraska
Got back from #AAS2023 at 12:30 am and was on the road for the 2.25 hr drive to my field sites at #FPNG by 5:30 am! A few pictures from today's "office" time. A peculiar mushroom pair emerging from a cow patty, and some opilionids from pitfall traps collected today. @USFSNebraska – at Nebraska, USA
I honestly think @BenFolds is the modern #JohnUpdike. He's legit a lyrical and musical genius.
