My unaffiliated retailer has no insight into your systems or how you operate. Is this not Pitney Bowes? Why can't you answer the simple question "who do you use in Austria to handle your handoffs?", that seems like a @PBCares question, not Joe Schmoe in England.
The "latest info" is no info. As I said your tracking just states "local carrier" which is ambiguous. Who is that for Vienna, AT? My retailer has the same info; A tracking number for your crippled tracking updates.
Your listed regional company "Intimus" basically said go away.
@PBCares PitneyBowes is INCREDIBLY hard to contact. I have to packages from UK sent to Austria and lost, your tracking system says they went to "local carrier". Who would that be for Austria? It's not PostAT.
