In our online arm group this am we practiced loading different shopping bags with weights/hard back books/ tins & doing lengths of our rooms. This pm one of our fab participants has gone for a 30 min walk with 4kg in the bag for the 1st time #arm #strokerehab ❤️💪🏻#neurorehab
