If gender were the problem, the men leading the other ministries would be delivering, and they aren't. It's a political problem, not a gender one.”
Y’all aren’t ready for this conversation, but I don’t think the Ministry of Gender should be reserved exclusively for women. We need competent people who can make tough,sometimes unpopular decisions to protect human rights and the interests of women,children, and society at large. If a man is the most competent person for the job,give it to him. Competence should matter more than gender. This whole “Obaatan” approach isn’t helping at all.
So who is going to fix this country for us? Everyone comes in with their team just to bankrupt the nation. It doesn't matter the party in power, the playbook is always the same. It hurts. Now my question is, why doesn't the President in this case @JDMahama fire and demand prosecution immediately? Or are they happy with this wasteful spending?
As a professional accountant, I'm always baffled by how wasteful our government is. We quote big money yet we do absolutely nothing. Why doesn't anyone get punished for it? They've normalized corruption and it's so hurtful.
