Someone is putting the law of every country into one git history.
Git for Global Law turns each country's laws into a repository where every commit is a real law taking effect. So you can see exactly what the law said on any date, and which law changed every word.
It started with the US Code, which hit #1 on Hacker News. The global version is growing country by country: Germany's constitution since 1949, Estonia and more so far.

Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. If an immediate update is not feasible, it is recommend that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated. NSA will follow up shortly with more specific guidance.
