🚨 Imagine borrowing £100 at 5% interest… and then investing in something paying you just 1%.
You lose £4.
Sounds insane, doesn’t it?
Yet that’s effectively what Britain is doing with BILLIONS of pounds.
Read what else I found in the Treasury’s audit here: leenallalingham.substack.com…
🚨 The Department for Transport got its accounts wrong by almost £20 BILLION.
That comes directly from the National Audit Office.
Seriously. Nearly £20bn of errors in the official value of Britain’s roads and railways.
How on earth does a Government department get figures THAT wrong?
And remember this is the SAME department that spent £251m on roads that will NEVER be built.
Meanwhile, this Government keeps telling us there isn’t enough money…
❌ £330bn borrowed since July 2024
❌ £70bn in tax rises announced
❌ Even more tax rises being considered
Perhaps before demanding another penny from taxpayers…
…they should get their own financial house in order.
Our tax money is a joke to these people.
💰 Knowsley Council has signed off £52,725 for videography for its Business Awards.
For context, this is a council that…
❌ Reported £216m in debt
❌ Increased council tax by 4.99% this year
Residents are constantly told budgets are stretched and there isn’t enough money.
Yet somehow there’s £52,725 available to make videos for a local business awards ceremony.
Yet another council with its priorities completely backwards…
…and as always, it’s local residents who end up paying the price.
It’s a joke.
🗳️ This poll comes as no surprise to me.
The direction of travel has been clear for the last 6 months to anyone able to look beyond their own political echo chamber.
💰I can’t wait to claim MY reparations, Dawn… I’m going to be RICH!
A quick look at my mixed DNA ancestry suggests I’m owed money from quite a few places including:
🇮🇹 Italy (Roman conquest of Britain, Gaul and parts of Germania)
🇩🇪 Germany (Anglo-Saxon invasions of Britain and invasions of France)
🇩🇰 Denmark (Viking invasions of Britain and France, and centuries of rule over Norway)
🇳🇴 Norway (Viking invasions of Britain and France)
🇸🇪 Sweden (invasion of Norway and military campaigns in Germany)
🇫🇷 France (Norman conquest of England and Napoleonic conquests of German territories)
🇳🇱 Netherlands (Dutch invasion of England and colonisation of Sri Lanka)
🇪🇸 Spain (1595 raid on Cornwall and military campaigns in France)
🇮🇪 Ireland (early medieval raids on Britain)
🇵🇹 Portugal (colonisation of Sri Lanka)
🇬🇧 United Kingdom (colonisation of Sri Lanka and historical invasions of France)
🇮🇳 India (Chola invasions of Sri Lanka)
🇨🇳 China (Ming invasion of Sri Lanka in 1411)
🇯🇵 Japan (1942 air raids on Ceylon)
🇹🇷 Turkey (Ottoman conquest of Hungary)
🇲🇳 Mongolia (Mongol invasion of Hungary)
🇦🇹 Austria (Habsburg rule over Hungary and wars against France)
🇷🇺 Russia (invasions of Sweden, Soviet occupation of Hungary and invasion of Germany)
🇷🇴 Romania (1919 occupation of Budapest)
🇭🇷 Croatia (1848 invasion of Hungary)
🇵🇱 Poland (wars against Sweden and military campaigns in German territories)
🇱🇹 Lithuania (Polish-Lithuanian wars against Sweden)
🇨🇿 Czechia (Hussite invasions of German territories)
🇲🇦 Morocco (Barbary slave raids)
🇩🇿 Algeria (Barbary slave trade and raids on Britain)
🇹🇳 Tunisia (Barbary corsairs and enslavement of Europeans)
🇱🇾 Libya (Tripolitanian corsairs and the Barbary slave trade)
Which raises an obvious question…
Where exactly is the historical cut-off for inherited responsibility?
And more importantly, who do I send my first invoice to, Dawn?
💰 Islington Council paid £90,223 EVERY DAY to recruitment agencies last year.
That’s roughly:
💷 £633,297 a week
💷 £2,744,288 a month
💷 £32,931,450.00 in a year
Just one London borough.
🗳️ For me, there’s only one clear choice and that’s is @FestAKINBUSOYE.
He has a compelling personal story that will resonate with Londoners.
And crucially, unlike James Cleverly, he doesn’t carry the baggage of the last Conservative government.
If I had a vote in this selection, he’d get mine.
🚨 The Department for Transport spent £251m on roads that will NEVER be built.
That comes directly from the National Audit Office.
Seriously. That’s a quarter of a BILLION pounds of taxpayers’ money.
Years of spending on consultants, designs and planning. And no road will ever be built.
What an absolute disgrace.
Meanwhile, this Government keeps telling us there isn’t enough money.
❌ £330bn borrowed since July 2024
❌ £70bn in tax rises announced
❌ Even more tax rises being considered
Perhaps if the government stopped wasting hundreds of millions on projects that go nowhere…
…taxpayers wouldn’t keep being asked to pay more.
You couldn’t make it up.
🚨 Why is the public sector spending billions on agency staff every year?
I’ve identified 5 ways to break this costly dependency and potentially save taxpayers £8–10bn
Read here: leenallalingham.substack.com…
🚨 Lambeth Council spent £33,531 EVERY DAY on taxis last year.
That’s roughly:
💷 £235,361 a week
💷 £1,019,900 a month
💷 £12,238,796.26 in a year
Just one London borough.
🚨 Our Armed Forces are shrinking…
…yet civilian staffing costs keep rising.
I’ve gone through the Ministry of Defence’s latest audit.
Read what I uncovered here: leenallalingham.substack.com…
🌹 This Labour government is borrowing £400 million EVERY DAY.
The latest ONS figures show £330.2 BILLION of public sector borrowing since July 2024.
That works out at roughly:
💰 £4,650 every second
💰 £278,980 every minute
💰 £16.7m every hour
💰 £401.7m every day
And that’s on top of roughly £70 BILLION in tax rises since coming to power…
…and they are planning further tax rises!
This simply isn’t sustainable.
🚨 Lambeth Council is £1.13bn in debt.
And residents paid £50.95m last year just to service it.
That works out at roughly:
💷 £139,600 a day
💷 £980,000 a week
💷 £4.25m a month
Before a penny goes on roads, street cleaning or local services.
Just one London borough.
🚨 Auditors couldn’t verify almost £1bn of pension money at the Department for Culture.
That comes directly from the National Audit Office.
The department claimed to have:
❌ £525m of pension assets
❌ £400m of pension liabilities
But when auditors asked for the evidence needed to verify those figures, the couldn’t provide it.
So the auditors refused to sign off the accounts cleanly.
Yet again, a government department fails to properly account for taxpayers’ money and what happens?
Nothing.
The auditors raise the alarm. It’s ignored. Taxes go up and government carries on.
Where is our tax money actually going?
💰 Lewisham Council paid £99,200 EVERY DAY to recruitment agencies last year
That’s roughly:
💷 £696,154 a week
💷 £3,016,667 a month
💷 £36,200,000.00 in a year
Just one London borough.
🚨 Sadiq Khan is responsible for Londoners losing their bus routes.
I followed the money.
Behind the cuts is a £1bn+ black hole created on his watch.

🚨 Energy bills are forecast to go up for the EIGHTH time under Labour
That’s according to research from independent energy experts Cornwall Insight.
Do you remember when Labour promised to cut your energy bill by £300.
Instead, the typical bill has already gone up by about £367.
That’s £367 MORE, not £300 less.
And now bills are forecast to rise by another £276 in January.
That would mean energy bills have gone up by £643 since Labour came to power.
Whatever happened to that £300 saving?
Did they lie to get elected?
