$ASTS @AST_SpaceMobile For all of the #SpaceMob I have been working with a UK based 3D model maker to provision a Bluebird Satellite replica (not a BB2 yet). This is around 30cm x 30cm .
Below are some pics of the outcome, if anyone is interested in knowing more of its availibility, please do let me know.

The Run Back to $100 ๐โโ๏ธ๐
$ASTS closed around $39, so Iโm starting a challenge.
During COVID, running changed my life. Iโve gotten away from it, and today I started Couch to 5K to get it back.
Couch to 5K is a 9-week program, which means if I stick with it, I should be running a 5K Christmas weekend.
The goal: Iโm going to keep running until I can run a 5Kโฆand $ASTS makes its way back to $100. ๐
Any SpaceMob who want to join, start Couch to 5K or running program anytime this week and letโs do it together. Today is beginning of week 1.
Maybe when we hit our goals, some Soacemob can meet up and run an actual 5K or do a virtual Spacemob 5k.
$39 โ $100. Couch โ 5K.
Letโs run it back. ๐๐โโ๏ธ

$ASTS - I don't believe this is a typo. It looks like AST is at minimum providing itself with regulatory flexibility for multiple market uses of its satellite constellation. If it's not clear, the key is "Service Link" vs "Feeder Link". Speculate away.

The stock is roughly 65% off its high, and everyone's acting like it's an AST problem. It's not. Look around. Thousands of stocks are down 50%+ from their highs. Outside the Mag 7 and a couple dozen mega caps holding the indexes up, growth and momentum names are getting crushed across the board. Rocket Lab is down big. Even SpaceX has pulled back despite nonstop good news.
The macro is ugly right now: war in the Middle East, high gas prices, sticky inflation, high bond yields, RussiaโUkraine, and midterms two weeks out. Hedge fund short positioning is near record levels, which is exactly the setup for a violent squeeze when sentiment flips.
AST didn't fail. The whole market is bleeding.

People have this completely backwards. Gwynne Shotwell said it out loud: Starlink Mobile is going after AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. SpaceX just bought Grain's 800 MHz spectrum and said it wants to become a "major mobile carrier." Now Bloomberg reports SpaceX is in talks for access to at least 80,000 U.S. cell sites, about half the towers in the country.
Think about how much work that is:
โข SpaceX has roughly 65 MHz of mid-band from EchoStar plus up to 14 MHz of low band from Grain. The big three hold over 1,000 MHz, including well over 100 MHz of low band combined.
โข SpaceX has no phone.
โข Its next-gen phone satellites haven't launched, and they're designed around 2 GHz, not this new low band.
โข 80,000 sites still have to be leased, built out and equipped. TD Cowen estimates a nationwide ground network would cost over $80 billion.
Every one of SpaceX's moves makes the carriers more nervous. And there's exactly one satellite company in orbit today that works WITH carriers instead of competing against them: AST SpaceMobile.
That's why AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile formed their joint venture to pool spectrum for satellite service. That's why T-Mobile dropped the Starlink name from its satellite page and just filed at the FCC directly opposing SpaceX's positions. T-Mobile needs AST now. Read between the lines.
Japan: AST's joint venture with Rakuten was preliminarily selected for Japan's J-LEO program, with up to about $1 billion in non-dilutive government funding. Japan wants its own sovereign satellite network so it doesn't have to depend on Starlink.
๐ง๐ท Brazil: Brisanet, Unifique and Iez! Telecom just announced a commercial agreement with AST, bringing their 700 MHz spectrum to the network.
๐ช๐บ Europe: Deutsche Telekom's CEO publicly mocked Starlink Mobile, saying Musk has to build 85,000 antennas before he can compete. Then Deutsche Telekom, Orange, Telefรณnica and Vodafone signed a letter of intent to team up on satellite-to-phone spectrum to counter Starlink. And Vodafone already has its own European JV with AST: SatCo.
๐ฎ๐ณ India: Musk is publicly feuding with Mukesh Ambani, the most powerful telecom player in the country.
See the pattern? The rest of the world doesn't want one man controlling its connectivity.
5๏ธโฃ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ถ๐ด๐ป๐๐ ๐
The Wall Street Journal just reported that Musk ordered Starlink speeds capped for Ukraine in the middle of a war. If you're a government, that's your nightmare.
Data sovereignty is one of the biggest issues in telecom right now, and AST's model is built for it. Carriers and countries own their piece. Networks run through local infrastructure. Nobody in Texas decides whether your country stays connected.

AST SPACEMOBILE SIGNS UP 3 NEW BRAZILIAN MNOS
Unifique, Brisanet and Iez! Telecom sign agreement with AST to offer satellite-based mobile broadband service.
The regional mobile operators will make available the 700 MHz radio frequencies they hold and will be responsible for investing in the infrastructure required to connect their mobile networks to the AST SpaceMobile satellite constellation through ground gateways.
The collaboration aims to enable voice calls, broadband data and video streaming directly on standard, unmodified smartphones, without requiring specialised equipment, software updates or applications.
By integrating satellite connectivity into its existing mobile network, Unifique aims to expand coverage wherever people live, work and travel, allowing customers to remain connected even when outside the reach of terrestrial networks.
โAfter fibre and 5G, satellite is the next natural step. The partnership with AST SpaceMobile complements our network and brings connectivity to a wider range of areas. Unifique is enabling this additional investment to ensure its presence in the future of communications,โ said Fabiano Busnardo, the company's CEO.
Josรฉ Roberto Nogueira, founder and CEO of Brisanet, added:
โThe partnership with AST SpaceMobile complements our network and allows us to deliver connectivity beyond the reach of our terrestrial infrastructure, offering customers access to voice and mobile broadband in more places, using the smartphones they already own; ensuring Brisanet has a place in the future of connectivity.โ
The final contractual details are still under negotiation, and the transaction remains subject to certain conditions, including obtaining the necessary authorisations and licences from the regulatory authority.

$ASTS SECURES A NEW U.S. PATENT (OCT 20, 2026)
The USPTO has granted AST & Science,m, U.S. Patent 12,771,024 B1, "Compensating Oscillations in a Large-Aperture Phased Array Antenna". It is a continuation with new claims on the same technology, joining US 12,040,553 and US 12,046,831 in the same family.
It protects a system that measures in real time how a large-aperture phased array deforms in orbit, using sensors such as differential GPS and accelerometers, and adjusts the beam phase in closed loop to offset it. It also covers a two-level correction, mechanical for the bulk of the deformation and phase-based for the rest, and its use in LEO for direct communication with end-user devices on the ground.
That is the structural challenge built into BlueBird: arrays of hinged modules that unfold in orbit and then flex and oscillate. In the patent's simulation, an 8.7-degree bend in a 10.3 m array splits the main lobe and costs about 3 dB of gain, roughly half the power in the beam direction. With compensation, the pattern returns to near-nominal. As apertures grow with Block 2, this compensation matters more.
