CEO @auspost Paul Graham has lost $270 MILLION in 4 yrs & CLOSED 250 POST OFFICES. Despite claiming Licensed Post Offices @LPOGroup "are a critical part of the Network", eliminating them was his only intention ever. He has LIED to them, the Senate & Australian communities!

A new strategy by CEO @auspost Paul Graham to divert revenue from Post Offices. This is the utter contempt EGM Josh Bannister has for the Senate Inquiry & Licensees. @auspost is open to partnerships with anybody, NO CONSULTATION & Licensees find out about it on social media!

It’s not just ANZ anyone can have their accounts frozen by any bank in the blink of an eye! So many Licensees have experienced our accounts being blocked due to KYC. Same bank, same entity, same biz, for 25+ yrs then suddenly our banks don’t know who we are so we’re blocked!

Yesterday, someone at @ANZ_AU's head office locked a 95yo widowed pensioner out of her accounts with no notice because of tech issues with its KYC (know your customer) validation. The issues were ANZ's fault. Her family and staff at her local branch had been trying for a month to verify her ID. A letter arrived today notifying her that there were problems but no mention of the accounts being frozen. It even said she didn't have to do anything if she had been in contact with the branch. ANZ, is this how you think elderly customers should be treated? Thank heavens for the branch staff who worked all day to fix the mess. @NationalSeniors @Mark_Butler_MP #auspol

EGM, Josh Bannister @auspost , sold the Parcel Locker concept to 2800 Postal Licensees, as a NEW REVENUE EARNER. He now uses them to ROB LICENSEES OF VITAL PARCEL INCOME, by diverting parcels & the commission they attract, away from Post Offices. Just more lies! #auspol

What the "Suits" in Bourke St. @auspost just don't get, as they sip their Lattes & collect obscene bonuses. Licensed Post Offices are a critical part of the social fabric of communities & more than just a place to send letters & pick up parcels. CEO Paul Graham wants them GONE?

It’s one sided , pass the buck productivity. Well might the govt dept be doing its job with less people but the business or the worker navigating the phone system or waiting on hold is decimating their productivity. On balance it simply doesn’t work.
