We've rescued lots of orphaned #elephants recently. The very youngest need milk on demand, blankets to keep them warm and 24/7 Keeper care. While they are not yet available to adopt, you can still support them through a donation: sheldrickwildlifetrust.org

Asian medicines are a catastrophe for the natural world. Pangolin scales, rhino horns, elephant tusks, tiger bones... None of them have any medicinal value but entire species face extinction on the altar of traditional beliefs.

I’ll tweet some stuff about Mr Leur later today or tomorrow- what an incredible leader. Bless his wife says he struggles to sleep from the stress of leading this community. #OurChangingPlanet

Oh and here they are. Pangolins are the most trafficked animal in the world, and yet most people haven’t heard of them. They are my favourite animal and to think they could be extinct in my lifetime is horrific. It breaks my heart #ourchangingplanet #pangolins

Please don't just watch this programmes and then switch off. Campaign every day for change. There are lots of groups to follow. Change your own behaviours and educate others. If we don't, this planet doesn't stand a chance.
Be the change.

We love having an excuse to post about Baby Chimps. This series was inspired by a short film by @UWEBristol Lindsey Parietti (@LPinthefield) that won the #baftastudents 2018 Documentary Award. It's on @BBCiPlayer in the UK and aired on @BBCAMERICA earlier this year. #baftatalent
Join @Ben_garrod & @jjdesmond for the last episode of Baby Chimp Rescue tonight and meet the puppies who are perfect playmates for the orphaned chimpanzees.

What can be better than a baby chimp show? A baby chimp show produced by a good friend! Amazing work @LPinthefield proud of you!
It all started with just two chimps but grew into something much bigger. #BabyChimpRescue
