Today is National Black Balloon Day -- an annual tradition to honor & remember lives lost to substance abuse.
According to statistics from partner agency, @LRADACSC, 110 people lost their lives in Richland County from overdoses last year. Here at #ColumbiaPDSC, officers have saved multiple lives by administering Narcan during emergency calls for service. For substance abuse help in Columbia you can call @LRADACSC 803-726-9390.
