Lake Ridge Boys won the4x400 at the region 1 6A meet. Ran 3:14.1. Incredibly proud of these young men. We finished second as a team for the second year in a row.

Our 4x200 meter team finished 2nd at the 6A Region 1 meet, and qualified for state. Looking forward to what they do in the state meet.

Nick Harris finished second in the110 hurdles at the Region 1 6 A track meet today in a time of 13.78 lowering his own school record and qualifying for state!!!

Congrats to our first state qualifier this year. T’landria Williams is the 6A Region 1 champion with a school record breaking jump of 5’9. Incredibly proud of her and the work she has put in this year. Just got ourselves two more weeks to get better!!! State here we come!!!

Our 4x400 capped the evening by finishing third and qualifying for regionals. We also finished 2nd as a team!! While our girls totally dominated the area meet. Congrats to all of the Regional qualifiers!!!
