How do you have 60 minutes for athletic period (this includes travel from building and dressing on both ends), 200 kids, 16 racks and get gains averaging 10% across all tests in 3.5 months? Great kids, high level buy-in, and the best strength coach in the game. @LRHSSAC #Top100
