The legal system is so messed up.. I cannot understand how even though I have proof that I was lied to by the realtor & falsely lead how the process went and shows my step dad wanted nothing to do with my moms estate since he ran away because he was wanted. He left the home, squatters moved in and i don't even know where my mothers or brothers ashes are due to all of this. I have not a single thing of my moms or brother's thanks to him and yet I'M liable for it all because I was tricked signing for the estate before he got himself unalived driving drunk. It's so *ucked up that I could get actual jail time unless I come up with all of this money. 😭 I have never done anything wrong my entire life & then get this thrown on me and will ruin the rest of my life. 💔😭 I hate being vulnerable like this, especially online but I genuinely am absolutely terrified because there is no way I alone can come up with that much money... This whole situation has me such a wreck to the point I can't sleep, i'm barely eating anything cause my nerves are so shot it makes me sick. I cannot understand why this is happening.. Trying to get a lawyer to help but it's so outrageous how much they charge here and i'm just at a loss.. Even if I sell everylast thing I own, it still wouldn't be enough. I hate asking, I truly do more than anything.. 😭 but if you can please it would mean more than anything to me to share my gofund me for this situation.. I cannot thank you all enough who have already helped, and I will do whatever I can to help all of those who have helped me and pay it forward whenever I can.♥️🫂 I hate saying it, but I desperately need help.. 😭♥️
