Workers have a fundamental right to organize, and thousands of workers are trying to exercise that right. It's unacceptable that the union-busting industry is allowed to thumb its nose at the law and operate with impunity. It has to end so workers can achieve the agency they need and deserve.

Yesterday was the first day since July that AutoZone didn’t have an outside manager in the store to surveil us, and the first day since my firing they didn’t have an armed security guard in there - hey @autozone does that mean you finally support our union ??
“LaborLab, a workers’ rights watchdog group, estimates that AutoZone spent around $200,000 trying to defeat the union. ‘They do everything except pay you more,’ said Murray.”

It would also establish safety, training, and labor standards for delivery drivers labornotes.org/2026/10/amazo…
The workers who wear Amazon vests and drive vans with the company’s logo aren’t legally employed by Amazon. But that could change in NYC, under legislation that Teamsters, Amazon workers, and the Democratic Socialists of America are organizing to pass labornotes.org/2026/10/amazo…

Every time an employer hires an outside consultant to persuade employees on how to vote in a union election, federal law requires the union-busting consultant to disclose that arrangement on a Form LM-20. LaborLab tracks every one of these filings.
