🌹 Labour across Liverpool City region is bringing our buses back under public control after nearly four decades of privatisation. 🙋‍♂️We are putting passengers before profit and giving local people much greater control over the network they depend on, for too long our bus network have too often been driven by commercial priorities rather than what is best for passengers and communities. 🚍People will see the difference from day one, with the first yellow buses appearing on our roads from Sunday. 🚌This is only the beginning – franchising will roll out across the whole Liverpool City Region as we build a simpler, more reliable and more accountable bus network.
