The only issue I have with Michael's reasoning is that he outright said they should be looking at the people whose names haven't come up and who have been quiet - he even had it in the car mentioning Maya and Kenny, then reversing that even though I get why they went after Sharon
I feel bad for her because I really felt it when she said "I've spent time trying to work up the confidence to speak up, and now I have it's a problem", although it would have gone down better if she'd explained why she wasn't in favour of James A getting the power in the moment.
