ADHD paralysis is particularly evil because you can be fully aware of everything you need to do, genuinely want to do it, feel increasingly stressed about not doing it, and STILL be physically incapable of getting started.
It’s not that you don’t care. Sometimes caring makes the whole thing feel even heavier.

Unpopular opinion: being a good person doesn’t mean you have to be endlessly available to everybody. You can care about people and still protect your time.

There are a lot of women in their 30s that are doing well for themselves compared to men in their prime.
Trust me, no one is useless, you just have to be at the right place at the right time. Age is just a number.

HOT TAKE: Being a naturally beautiful woman can be a traumatizing experience. Some people would genuinely rather watch you suffer than help you, simply because their jealousy and/or insecurities get in the way.

Budgeting helps but it can only do so much when the cost of literally everything keeps going up.

Nothing humbles you faster than rehearsing a whole argument in the shower and then forgetting every single point when the actual conversation happens.
AuDHD is wanting a routine because unpredictability makes your brain uncomfortable, then getting bored with the routine because your brain needs stimulation.
So you spend your life desperately trying to build a stable life that doesn’t make you want to escape it.

Society has made it look like a man shouldn't enjoy the good things of life just because he is a 'Man'. They make it look like the best things should be gotten, done and enjoyed by women.
Whenever a man takes his skin care seriously, his fellow men would mock him, some ladies would laugh at him, because they believe these things are not meant for men. It is a sad way to think.
That same society would call a man gay for using an umbrella when it rains or shines, they expect a man to walk under the rain and a scorching sun just to prove he is a 'man'. They always embed a man to suffering and exempt them when it comes to the good things of life.
"A man shouldn't hug his fellow man", this is a disgusting statement and it needs to be put down. I wonder where we're headed as a community.
If you're a man out there, I want to let you know that you deserve all the good things life has to offer and I totally wish you all the best in life. Enjoy life, you're human too❤️

Just because he cheated doesn't mean he's not a good man, people make mistakes sometimes.

I’m going to put this out there: since menopause, your ADHD might has made you feel almost completely nonfunctional right ?. Has anyone else experienced this, and what has actually worked for you?

ADHD is giving a 4-minute detailed background story with three sub-plots and a historical timeline just to answer a simple "yes or no" question because you're terrified that without context, people will misunderstand your motives.
