Some high school kids were talking and said “No way Gen X wrote 10-page papers without AI.” Oh, honey. We wrote them without reading the book…the night before they were due…by hand and in cursive. We are not the same.

Dr. Annette Bosworth (Dr. Boz) dropped a strong warning about Ozempic for weight loss. She said we should put her words in a time capsule and open them in 15 years. While the drug produces dramatic weight loss, she argues the mechanism is essentially starvation-level weight loss, which causes people to lose muscle mass at a dangerously high rate — especially concerning for older patients, since that muscle is extremely hard to regain. Science nugget: Clinical studies show that a significant portion of weight lost on GLP-1 agonists like Ozempic (semaglutide) comes from lean mass (muscle) rather than fat alone — in some trials up to 25–40% of total weight loss was lean tissue, which can impair metabolic rate, immune function, bone density, and long-term physical resilience. Her bottom line: this kind of rapid, muscle-wasting loss may shorten longevity rather than extend it. It’s a sobering counterpoint to the current hype around these medications. What do you think — are we celebrating the weight loss without fully understanding the long-term trade-offs?

Andrew Huberman shares a simple, science-backed trick to fall asleep faster when your mind races or you can't stop noticing your body position: Close your eyes and do slow, deliberate eye movements to shut down proprioception (body awareness) and signal your brain it's time to transition into sleep. Try this tonight (takes ~1–2 minutes): - Slowly move eyes left → right (a few times) - Then counterclockwise circle → clockwise circle Look up → down - Gently attempt to look toward the bridge of your nose (faux cross-eyed) - Finish with a long exhale to slow heart rate Why it works: Eye movements coordinate with your vestibular system & cerebellum to mimic the natural forgetting of body position that happens at sleep onset (similar to slow rocking or boat motion calming the brain). It gives your racing mind something active to focus on instead of "just relax." Huberman: "Many people find it helps them fall asleep quickly—it's not kooky; it's physiology." No apps, no gadgets—just your eyes. Game-changer for insomniacs or restless nights. Try it & report back.

Dear Oprah, Yes, you were overeating! For years! And it wasn't some mystical "obesity gene" puppeteering your fork. It was your choices. Stop selling surrender as science. Our kids deserve the truth that real change starts with personal accountability, not excuses. MAHA
Oprah Winfrey makes an interesting observation about being obese. “You don’t overeat and become obese. Obesity causes you to overeat.” No words. 🤔

RFK Jr’s Full Statement today “Thank you Mr. President for declaring war on chronic disease in this country.. if we want to tackle chronic disease, we have to tackle obesity… we are going to see a decline in cost, but more importantly the afflictions themselves because of this historic agreement…” He continued… rumble.com/v71bqo4-rfk-jrs-f…

Poison in a Box: The Girl Scout Cookie Scandal Exposed Girl Scout Cookies. Synonymous with childhood, community, and trust. An annual tradition where young girls sell boxes to fund their activities. A new investigation has ripped away the facade. Here is what they found inside these iconic cookies: • 100% contained Glyphosate, the controversial herbicide in Roundup. • 88% contained toxic heavy metals: Arsenic, Lead, and Mercury. • Thin Mints had glyphosate levels 334 TIMES higher than what experts consider harmful. • Peanut Butter Patties were laden with Lead and alarming levels of Aluminum. This isn't just "unhealthy." It is systemic poisoning, wrapped in nostalgia and sold by children. The organization, Girl Scouts USA, generates nearly $800 million in annual revenue from this. When presented with these findings, their response was a deafening silence.
