The TPD (Tobacco Products Directive) is the EU law that sets the rules for how tobacco and nicotine products are made, sold and presented across Europe. The Commission is preparing a revision, and the proposal is expected before the end of 2026.
Eight countries have already asked for a ban on all flavours, plain packaging, nicotine caps, and a market freeze. If those ideas make it into the final text, your everyday choices as a vaper could look very different next year.
