We finished Crystal Lake last night, and I honestly enjoyed this re-imagining of what Jason is.
I was prepared to be disappointed, but came away pleasantly surprised on the vision for him that explains him as a physical entity better than most other medias I've seen.
He may not be the ghostly "Curse on Crystal Lake" that I sorta imagined him to be as a kid, but the way they package his lore up here still causes him to FEEL as such.
As well as the writer does a good job of plugging up lore holes subtly on the 'whys and hows' of other films.
Don't bypass the "Silver Pines" game.
I know today it's easy to bypass so much because games saturate so much of the market. But this game has a story that's just as great as Silent Hill 2.
It deals with heavy topics just the same, & when you hit the real ending it's like whoa
What blows my mind about Silver Pines, is that it's more of a Silent Hill game than Silent Hill Townsfall and immensely more enjoyable.
Townsfall has terrible pacing issues.
Silver Pines has a lower budget and a 2D side scroll style, but has been 10x more engaging.
So far we're 4 episodes in, and we're gonna save the last 4 episodes for next weekend for "CRYSTAL LAKE".
So far, I'm absolutely loving the re-imagining of it. It's different and I didn't expect it... but I can 'believe' it, over the simplicity of other past theories.
If anyone wants to buddy up in ARC Raider PvE, I'm down! I'll be running around before movie night tonight!

I've been playing the PvE Mode in ARC Raiders, and I've been loving it so far.
I do feel that the dev team could add more to fill this mode out, but for it being a starting gameplay template, it's nice!

Literally one of my most favorite characters from Breaking Bad.
I just finished binging this series a month ago, and he was one of the biggest surprises of the show for me in how well his performance was delivered.
Gone way too soon.
BREAKING: Breaking Bad star RJ Mitte dead at 34, died by su*cide, according to TMZ.
Mitte was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at three years old and gave his final interview just days ago.
"It is with profound sadness we share the tragic passing of beloved actor, philanthropist, and passionate disability rights advocate RJ Mitte," his representatives told TMZ.
"RJ Mitte was best known for his role as Walter 'Flynn' White Jr. on AMC’s critically acclaimed, award-winning series Breaking Bad. Drawing from his own experience living with cerebral palsy, Mitte brought authenticity to the role and built a platform on disability awareness and inclusion."
"Beyond entertaining friends and family around the world, he served as an ambassador for United Cerebral Palsy and Shriners Children’s."
Mitte was engaged to Kennedy Suarez.

HOLYSHIT... Hellraiser the game is fantastic!
There's so much inspiration from RE2, RE7, Silent Hill and other pop culture tributes snuck in while remaining COMPLETELY true to Hellraiser is astounding.
A great venture into popular horror done right.
Buy it, the devs deserve it.
