The algorithm Favours the consistent. You need to show up even in your worst times. Everything you do compounds over time. It takes only time to know this.

I hired an AI agent to work for us at Snapiro. Here’s exactly how I did it. If you run a business, stick around.

Before you give your attention to anything, ask yourself, "Is this earning me anything, or is this spending me?"

Overthinking feels like effort. It's actually just fear, dressed up to look productive. If you already know what you'd do without the fear, stop "thinking" and start doing. #Overthinking #Procrastination #Mindset #Entrepreneurship #GetItDone

Entrepreneurship doesn't just take your time; it takes your quiet. The noise in your head isn't a sign you're doing it wrong. It's a sign you're carrying something that actually matters to you. #Entrepreneurship #FounderLife #MentalNoise #BusinessMindset #StartupLife

This is an insightful video for builders. If you are building something, you need to hear these 3 things I've learned from building @getsnapiro.

Building products feels different from making money, and the people who can't tell the difference are the ones who quit early.

A lot of people recently know me for the CashDrop videos, but there’s a lot more you don’t know. In this video, I talk about who I am, what I do for work, why I stopped making CashDrop videos, and the direction I’m taking from here. If you’ve been following me for a while, thank you. If you’re new, welcome! This is just the beginning. Follow me everywhere: @larryfranky Let me know in the comments: How long have you been following me for.

Even though the birthday is over, the gratitude remains. Thank you to everyone who celebrated me, sent a message, made a call, reposted my video, or simply took a moment to wish me well. I read your messages, and I genuinely appreciate every one of them. One of the greatest gifts of turning 30 wasn’t the celebration itself, it was being reminded that this journey isn’t one I walk alone. Knowing that so many people believe in me, support what I’m building, and draw inspiration from my journey is something I’ll never take for granted. This new decade isn’t about slowing down (If you know me, you’ll know I won’t). It’s about building bigger, thinking deeper, taking more shots, creating more opportunities, and leaving a legacy that matters. I’m more motivated than ever, and I can’t wait to share what’s ahead. Thank you for being part of my story. The foundation has been poured. Now, let’s build.

THE DAY I TURNED 30. If my twenties taught me one thing, it’s this: you’re only as lucky as the number of shots you’re willing to take. Luck rarely finds people standing still. As a friend once told me, “A moving man will meet his luck.” This decade wasn’t easy. I lost my dad. I faced moments in business that tested me in ways I never imagined. But through it all, I learned patience, resilience, and that the best things in life take time to build. One thing I wish I’d done differently is meeting more people. I’ve realized that opportunities often travel through people. As I turn 30, I’m grateful for everyone who’s been part of my journey. Thank you for believing in me, supporting me, and growing with me. The next decade is about building—building companies, creating opportunities, solving real problems, and leaving behind something that truly matters. Snapiro is a huge part of that vision, and we’re only getting started. Thirty doesn’t feel like I’ve arrived. It feels like the foundation has finally been poured. Here’s to taking more shots, building bigger, and becoming better. Happy 30th to me. 🎉

I’m looking for a Michael Jackson impersonator in Port Harcourt. If you know someone who can really perform like Michael, tag them here or send this to them, so they can come dance for me at home this weekend.

Last week, I had an incredible time at the Blockchain Without Borders Conference in Asaba, Delta State. But beyond the networking, and conversation, the most powerful moment for me was the Super Session. Sitting on that panel with other industry leaders, facing a room filled with sharp, curious, and highly intelligent students. That was special. We are raising a generation that is not just consuming innovation, they want to build it, they want to understand it, they want to question it, they want to improve it. Conversations like that remind me why I am so passionate about tech, digital systems, and the future we are building. The energy in Asaba was different. Hungry minds with big ambitions. To everyone who attended, asked questions, connected, and engaged, thank you. We’re just getting started.
