Our constituents send their representatives to Congress to get things done, not to spend every waking hour campaigning. We need to stop the endless campaign cycle so lawmakers can get to work. I’m proposing a constitutional amendment that will restore Congress’ and the states’ authority to set reasonable limits on when and how much campaigns spend and fundraise. We need lawmakers focused on delivering for constituents, not advertising.
