#Alabama : 20-year-old Mahogany Jaquise Jackson was reported missing Feb 25th in Alabama after she sent a desperate message to her family saying she had been kidnapped and was being held hostage. The message to Mahogany’s mother read, “Send the police apt 3 held hostage don’t call.” Police rushed to the apartment, but Mahogany was being moved around from location to location by her captors— all while being tortured for hours. On Monday, February 26, 2024, Mahogany Jackson’s body was located by a citizen on the side of a road suffering from “an apparent gun shot wound.” She was sadly deceased. Eight suspects were arrested and taken in for horrendous charges, including but not limited to: capital murder, first-degree sodomy, Assault with injury, first-degree kidnapping, felony murder, felony kidnapping, and other various charges. LE stated the suspects filmed portions of the crime, which will be used against them as pivotal piece of evidence. #RachelMorin : Rachel Morin, mother of five who was brutally killed in August of 2023 in Maryland while jogging on a trail, killer has finally been located 10 months after her death! Local police and the FBI arrested the alleged killer, Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It’s alleged that Martinez-Hernandez entered the U.S. illegally from El Salvador last year, where he was wanted for murdering another woman there. His DNA was also linked to a home invasion in Los Angeles where he attacked a 9-year-old girl and her mother. Martinez-Hernandez, 23, will be charged with first-degree murder and first-degree rape when he is extradited to Maryland. So glad this monster is off the streets! I hope justice will be served to the fullest extent of the law. #Florida : On May 8th video footage shows a woman following after a dark colored vehicle believed to be a Chevy Cruze with obscured license plates. According to the woman in the video she witnessed another woman being kidnapped by two men and put into the vehicle, which can be seen speeding away. LE have been notified but they need your help. #Florida : A Florida woman is accused of beating her 4–year-old adopted son to death. 😡 (Trigger Warning) The precious 4-year-old, Bryan Boyer, was born in Haiti to a mother who didn’t want him. Another woman in Haiti, who had a sister in Florida, decided to facilitate the adoption process. So, Bryan went to live with Patricia Saintizaire, 36, in Davenport last year. Saintizaire, also adopted a 16-year-old boy from Haiti. Bryan suffered horrible abuse at the hands of Saintizaire; the extent of abuse to the 16-year-old is still under investigation. LE found video of Bryan being viciously beaten with an electrical cord (he barely moves), as well as, video of Bryan being thrown in the pool with his hands tied behind his back when he was just 3-year-old! LE stated they didn’t know the entire extent of the abuse, but based on some of the videos and the autopsy report, you could tell it had been ongoing. On May 1st, Bryan’s 16-year-old brother noticed that Bryan “looked happy as he exited the bus,” but as the day went on he noticed his brother was lethargic, couldn’t keep any food down, and he eventually went unconscious. Saintizaire said Bryan was “faking it” but the 16-year-old insisted he go to the hospital. Bryan was taken to the hospital where he sadly passed away from his injuries. LE said, “We found an injury where his liver suffered a tear, and the medical examiner said it could be nothing else other than an immediate hard strike to the abdomen and as the autopsy went on, they found different layers of bruises and injuries from past beatings, and he’s dead. He’s dead because she beat him to death." Saintizaire’s 16-year-old son is now in protective custody. The teen told LE that he was told to lie to investigators about what happened.  Saintizaire has been charged with murder and aggravated child abuse. The case is still under investigation.  This is absolutely heartbreaking. Bryan’s resilience and happy demeanor despite his horrific situation is admirable. #Breaking : Three LE officers were killed and numerous other officers were wounded after a suspect opened fire on them during a U.S. Marshals Task Force investigation in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Monday afternoon, according to police. The shootings occurred as U.S. Marshals were "attempting to serve a warrant.” The department said "at least one shooting suspect" was found dead in a home after police cleared the scene. #Louisiana : 19-year-old Sheryl Turner from New Iberia, Louisiana had been communicating with 29-year-old Anthony Pierce Holland, Jr.— a man she met online. On Dec. 31, 2023, Sheryl was last seen by her family before traveling to the West Monroe home of Anthony Pierce Holland Jr., whom she’d been engaging in an online romantic relationship over text message. It’s alleged that “Sheryl’s phone was connected to Wi-Fi near Holland Jr.'s phone before it stopped transmitting on the night of Jan. 2nd.”Turner was reported missing on Jan 3rd. Nearly three weeks later, on Jan. 24th, “the Catahoula Parish Sheriff’s Office received a call about a body floating in the Ouachita River. Deputies recovered the body, and the remains were found to be only a torso. There was no head or extremities connected to the body. The remains were sent for an autopsy and the findings led to the case being listed as a homicide," the West Monroe Police Department shared in its release. On Feb. 23rd, with the help of a DNA sample from her twin sister Sherry, the remains were identified as 19-year-old Sheryl Turner. A search warrant was obtained for Holland’s home, where “forensic evidence of a crime of violence was obtained.” During subsequent interviews with Holland, he admitted to killing Turner inside his residence. Holland further stated “he dismembered the body of Turner inside his home. Holland stated he placed Turner’s dismembered remains into a body of water that fed into the Ouachita River.” Turner was remembered as "a shining light to all who knew her, with a kind and loving personality that radiated through her beautiful smile and touched the hearts of those around her." #Florida : A beloved teacher was kidnapped and killed by her estranged husband before turning the gun on himself. Sadly, she was with her 10 & 17-year-old children, who were there to witness the entire incident. 45-year-old Jamie Felix was ambushed by her estranged husband, 60-year-old Ray Felix on March 29, 2024. The two were going through a messy divorce, which included prior incidents of domestic violence. “Ray was armed and disguised when he snuck up on Jamie and the kids in a business parking lot in Port St. Lucie around 4 p.m, forcing everyone into his rental car.” He held Jamie at gunpoint and then instructed the 17-year-old to follow behind the rental car he had coerced Jamie and the 10-year-old into. Ray also sent a suspicious email to Jamie’s co-workers, basically saying Jamie had lied about the domestic incidents, which LE know not to be true. Her co-workers then reported the suspicious email to police around 6:30pm. After driving for a bit Ray, Jamie, and the kids stopped and pulled into a parking lot in West Palm Beach near a hotel. Ray and Jamie exited the SUV and Ray shot Jamie in front of their children, killing her, as he sped off in the rental car. 911 started receiving multiple calls around 7:30pm. The children were found with their mother and were unharmed (physically). Ray apparently returned the rental vehicle after he sped off and LE found him not far from the rental spot where he had returned that vehicle. When LE approached, Ray is said to have taken his own life with a self-inflicted gun shot wound. LE stated they believed his intent was to die. Jamie Felix was “a beautiful soul who will live forever in the hearts of those who love her. She loved her children to depths that words can’t express,” her friend wrote in a tribute post on Facebook. Jamie was said to be incredibly brave and resilient, witty, compassionate, loyal and dedicated, and she was a “girl’s girl who lifted up her friends at every opportunity.” May Jamie rest in peace. #Colorado : Solomon Galligan, 33, was arrested after he came onto a field where kids were playing at ‘Black Forest Hills Elementary School’ in Aurora last Friday afternoon and allegedly tried to abduct a child from the school. Video showed Galligan approaching some students prior to them running away and screaming “Stanger Danger.” Galligan then allegedly grabbed onto one of the children’s arms, but ended up falling after tripping over a white blanket he was carrying, allowing the young boy to get away. Galligan quickly fled, but “cops later tracked him down to a nearby Walgreens, where he was arrested and charged with one count of attempted kidnapping.” It should also be noted, Galligan was a registered sex offender who was convicted in late December 2011 for ‘non-consent sexual contact’ in Denver. He was also on probation for failure to register as a sex offender. 😡 The suspect had apparently climbed through a three-foot high, split rail fence that separated a public sidewalk from school property. #Washington : An Apple Watch helped save a woman’s life, allowing her to call 911, prior to being buried alive by her estranged husband! On Sunday, October 16, 2022, at around 1:00pm, Young Sook An was kidnapped by her estranged husband, Chae Kyong An, from her home in Washington. The two were reportedly going through a divorce when Chae Kyong An came over and a fight ensued. According to charging documents, Chae Kyong attacked Young Sook, punching her in the head and throwing her to the ground. “After attacking her in her bedroom, the husband tied Young Sook up with duct tape, before driving her away from their home into the woods. He then started digging a hole, stabbed her and placed her in the ground,” as per probable cause documents. Thankfully, as a result of wearing her Apple Watch, Young Sook was able to alert her daughter and best friend, as well as call emergency services just before she was dragged into Chae Kyong's 2006 Dodge Caravan. (Chae Kyong allegedly smashed the Apple Watch before stuffing Young into the vehicle and taking her to the woods.) After being left in the woods by her husband, Young Sook broke free when night fell and ran for 30 mins until she found a strangers door and asked them to call police. On Monday, April 26, 2024, 54-year-old Chae Kyong was sentenced to 13 years and nine months followed by three years of community custody after entering a plea deal. #Florida : A recent carjacking and kidnapping has now turned into a multi-layered homicide investigation with lots of twists and turns— including the death of the carjacked woman. On April 11, 2024, 31-year-old Katherine Altagracia Guerrero De Aguasvivas was caught on video being carjacked at an intersection, in broad daylight, by a driver who stepped out of a green Acura with a gun. The suspect can then be seen entering Katherine’s vehicle. (Katherine is said to have called her husband just prior to the car jacking and told him she was being followed and rammed by a car and he advised her to not get out of her vehicle. Unfortunately, and very oddly, neither Katherine nor her husband called police.) Katherine’s vehicle was later found engulfed in flames in Osceola County, where a body – presumed to be Katherine’s – was found inside, officials said. Three "persons of interest" possibly connected to the carjacking and kidnapping of Katherine have since been arrested: Jordanish Torres-Garcia, Giovany Joel Crespo Hernandez & Kevin Justiniano. There’s also a possible connection to the murder of a tow truck driver, Juan Garcia, in Orange County’s Taft neighborhood the night before Aguasvivas’ kidnapping. More than 100 10 mm shell casings were found at that scene, the same as some of the casing found around Katherine’s burnt car. According to police, Katherine’s family has since stopped cooperating with LE. #Florida : A pre-med student from the University of Florida has been arrested and charged with murder in the fatal stabbing of his own mother! Manuel “Manny” Espinoza stabbed his mother, Elvia, over 70 times on the 6th of April, after she opened the door of her home to welcome Manny home for a visit from college. According to reports, “Manny stabbed his mother in places he knew from medical schooling that would be the most effective.” It was also stated that Manny was listening to the Jay-Z and Kanye West song, "No Church in the Wild," on his earbuds during the stabbing. He then called 911 to report his mothers death. LE stated Espinoza “had no history of mental illness or substance abuse & that he had been a high school valedictorian who others described as being ‘remarkably brilliant.’” When asked why he did it, “Espinoza told detectives that his mother had annoyed him since childhood but he loved her.” LE stated “It is one of the most bizarre murders that we have dealt with in a very long time.” Espinoza, 21, was charged with first-degree murder and evidence tampering. #Milwaukee : Maxwell Anderson, 33, was charged with murder on Friday for allegedly killing 19-year-old Sade Carleena Robinson, who vanished after excitedly telling a coworker she was heading out for a date with Anderson on April 1st. When Sade didn’t arrive at her place of employment, her coworkers, friends and family began to worry. A welfare check was performed and Sade was nowhere to be found. On April 3rd, Robinson’s car, a 2020 Honda Civic, “was discovered severely torched on a North Milwaukee street corner. The remains of clothing that matched the outfit she’d worn to the date were found scorched inside.” Later that day, “a human leg which had been sawn off was found miles away on Lake Michigan beach park, with DNA matching it to Robinson. Days later, a foot and pieces of human flesh were discovered in several locations near where Robinson’s car was found.” Anderson was arrested on April 4th after CCTV footage and witness accounts linked him to the date night with Sade, as well as, a seemingly apparent effort to hide her remains. Sade’s mother said, “Everywhere Sade went, people just admired my baby. She was such a beautiful Angel.
