So sad to have lost a client this morning. She was a delight to see each week - I loved how her smile lit up her face and her giggle made everyone laugh along. As difficult as it is to lose someone, I’m glad her body, mind, and soul are at peace now. ❤️

I was thoroughly impressed with today’s interaction with an investigator from the Ministry of Health & Long-Term Care. She was a great listener, attentive and caring, showing interest in my client’s best interests and validating of my concerns as the person reporting. 🙂#seniors
