Defense tells the truth about who you are. You can hide on offense, but defense demands effort, pride, communication, and heart. If you don’t guard, you don’t win — period.

Is it really perfect timing?!?⌚️💫 After Shedeur Sanders won his first ever start he was given the QB1 job for next week, is he finally the answer to the Browns QB problems?🐶🤔

I haven't talked about it because it hurts too much 🥹 The fact that I may never get to see my baby play ball again just doesn't seem real. She gave all of herself and ended up hurt physically and mentally. They even took her love for the game. 💔

Yall 😂 about JT & Yung Miami that ish hurt worse than any breakup I’ve ever been through with a man. Friendship fall outs hurt different especially when you really LOVED your friend. I've been through a couple but 1 in particular made me never wanna get close to another soul! 😔
