I love this! Purpose fuels passion. What's driving you today? #TodayWeBeginAgain
This. This sums it up. This gives me hope. Today, we begin again.
My favorite quote from @right2readproj & @allardice_jamie. Really interesting work around a “ Walk to Read” model. I completely felt this! @reading_league #TRLConf2024
Love this idea!
A great strategy for having every student reading aloud but at different places in the text- stagger start!
The teacher can then lean in and listen to each student read! (And give feedback as needed!)

That’s a million dollar smile right there! What an amazing, uplifting thing to cross my feed at the end of the week. May the owner of that smile feel this kind of happiness and pride often as he continues his scholarly journey.
What it look like when your Principal is announcing to the whole school that YOU are the success story of the week. 🥰

It’s been a heck of a week at our house with the first day of school and the first Friday on the field since last year! This Syco mama is ready for some Spartan football! 🖤🏈💛
And yet sadly, they’re so underutilized today. 😔 I almost burst into tears not long ago when in a meeting someone said, “Our goal is to make sure EVERY student in this district has a library card.” I’ve found my home. ❤️ 📚 🏫
Got to spend some time this week at elementary schools welcoming and dismissing students and at Hampshire HS helping to distribute devices. How lucky am I to get to do things like this everyday?! I’ll always love being a teacher.
I’m excited to share that I’ve joined District 300 as the Director of Science and Social Science! Looking forward to working with such a dedicated team to inspire and support our students. #Education #Leadership #District300
Some days, it really is this simple. Picture being happy, believe in yourself, and dream big. You got this!
Love seeing all of these All Americans from Illinois @Ilmatwomen! 💪🏼🥇#GirlsGettingItDone #GrappleLikeAGirl

I have had the pleasure of working for some of the very best @SycamoreHS in @SYC427 and now have the privilege of working with the equally good APs in @sd129. Thank you to each of you for making me a better educator and our schools better for staff and students! – at Illinois, USA
Let’s give a huge shoutout to all the assistant principals out there! Your hard work, dedication, and unwavering support are the backbone of our schools. Thank you for all you do! #APWeek ow.ly/5FLy50R6u5F
