Today, our family begins a new chapter.
We step into this ministry knowing that every generation is tempted to exchange truth for approval, conviction for comfort, and faithfulness for applause.
Our prayer is that God would keep us faithful.
If the martyrs had preached "love," and allowed culture to define what love is, they would never have been martyred.
We want a God who is loving, but not holy; welcoming, but not sovereign; inspiring, but not offensive; a therapist, but not a judge.

Here’s the uncomfortable truth:
Every system has an invisible contract.
It rewards predictability. It resists transformation.
The moment you grow beyond it, you create tension.
Strong leaders:
Distribute thinking.
They build clarity.
They create standards that outlive their voice.
If everything depends on you, you are not powerful, you are fragile.
Many leaders need to feel needed.
So they unconsciously create environments that cannot function without them.
Here’s the uncomfortable truth:
If your team cannot function without you, you have not built leadership. You have built reliance. And reliance does not scale.
Your value didn’t change.
Your context did.
And context rewrites reputation faster than explanation ever will.
Not every opportunity deserves your energy.
Not every problem deserves your intervention.
Not every voice deserves your attention.
Clarity in leadership it is measured by what you refuse.
You don’t need to actively exclude people to keep power concentrated.
Sometimes, all it takes is never inviting them into the centre.
Diversity at the grassroots and homogeneity at the centre is not accidental.
When diversity never reaches decision-making spaces, it becomes decoration, not direction.
The issue isn’t whether churches are diverse.
The real question is whether those who set the agenda reflect the body they lead.
If an organisation were founded today in a multicultural context, would its core team look the same?
If the answer is “yes”, the problem may not be theological, but structural.
The fall of Maduro is, for many in the Venezuelan church, an answer to years of prayer. Today feels like a long-awaited response.
The prayers offered today will be answered in God’s time. In the end, God does bring down the power of the wicked.”
