Quintonio McDade. A class act. Headed to Stillman was a great player for the Lee-Montgomery Generals and named team captain.

“Whatever it takes” is what separates average from great from elite. Are you willing to pay the price? Don’t wish for it…work for it! If you want to achieve more…you have to be willing to do more! Don't be upset by the results you don't get from the work that you didn't do. Success doesn't come easily or without effort. Success isn't a handout, it's something you earn. Compete! 📷 @thewinningdiff1

Let me be clear: ultimately, where you go to school won’t matter. Points you score, awards you win, the social media pictures/posts & all the fanfare will be forgotten. The ONLY thing of real importance is WHO you become. Don’t let temporary things eclipse what really matters!

Your coaches will watch you this off season. It tells them a lot about who’s committed to improving & who’s only interested when it’s convenient. No secrets & no shortcuts. You can only improve when you understand that every practice, exercise, drill, workout, day, etc, matters!

It’s not about perfection. It’s only about progress. As long as you’re making it, no one can take that away. Celebrate your victories; move past your setbacks. Keep your mind focused on YOUR journey, not anyone else’s. It doesn’t matter what others are doing. YOU are doing YOU!
