Sometimes the smallest details say the most.
A favourite colour, a flower, a piece of music, a flag, a reading, or something worn on the day can help a service feel more connected to the person being remembered.
It does not need to be grand, it just needs to feel true to them.

Families should be able to understand what is included, what choices are available & where any additional costs may come from before making decisions.
I believe in explaining things properly, without pressure & without making the process feel more complicated than it needs to be – at Droitwich, England
