Update: The Leesburg Police Department is investigating an incident believed to have occurred during the early morning hours in the 500 block of East Market Street. Preliminary information indicates that an altercation occurred between individuals, during which one person reportedly discharged a firearm.
No injuries have been reported. A portion of the parking lot has been temporarily closed as the investigation continues. There is no known threat to the community at this time.

A majority of Loudoun County parents surveyed by the school district said they wanted more five-day school weeks.
Despite this, the school board voted to continue observing religious holidays like Eid, Lunar New Year, Diwali, and Yom Kippur, and the board isn’t touching teacher workdays.

Just paid $301.
I looked at our usage, it was even a bit less than last year.
