You can tell a lot about a manager or coach in how they deliver a ball onto the pitch when one goes out the ground. This is very important

Looking to do some one on ones in local area. Working on 2nd balls, first contacts, hitting it in a channel, heading, and running as fast as you can. Pitch not great but doesn’t matter. DM me for info

Saying the right things…
In an honest sit down, Mark Dacey reviews our defeat against Chatham Town, talks us through the most difficult run of results in his career and looks ahead to our next 2 matches ⬇️ dulwichhamletfc.co.uk/mens-t…

I finished playing at 32 but really I was done at 24. From then on I was picking up my money each week. I still see so many good young players lost in non league as there isn’t many places for them to go and be trusted. This is why I struggle badly seeing teams and bad coaches

Playing poor football and overlooking good players for a lad who heads it or can have a fight. This is why I admire teams that want to win a game on being good at football. It’s deeper then 3 points in a game at a level that doesn’t pay your mortgage.

So when your telling your Mrs you got 3 points and your team were like warriors tonight have a think about how many times you actually played. I mean actually played not pretend.

If your going to wear copas please don’t tie the laces over the tongue. Either cut them off or wear them properly.

Played against Dean when he was at Peterborough then met him after football years later many times. An incredible story and a great human.
Dean Hooper signed for Swindon in 1995 & later played for Peterborough. We were teammates & recently met up for the first time in 25 years. Except now it turns out I never really knew him in the first place. None of us did. Dean’s story is extraordinary: theathletic.com/1681163/

It’s a bit like all these non league cubs paying cash

This ain’t good but this doesn’t effect Peps legacy in football and what he’s done for the game.
🤔 "Why would the Premier League kill their golden goose??" 🏆 "We're winning the league!" Andy Goldstein got into a heated debate with this Man City fan after they found guilty on majority of their 115 charges of Premier League financial breaches 🔥

As I said before - artificial is no good for this level or higher. The surface won’t accommodate the movements and intensity of players. Should have been ripped up years ago. 4G is great but up to a level.
CLUB STATEMENT | Harry Forster 🍃 Regretfully, we can confirm that Harry Forster suffered an injury in training last week, which has since been diagnosed as a full ACL rupture, partial MCL tear and meniscus rupture, ruling him out for the remainder of the season. Everybody at the club’s thoughts are with Harry, and we will continue to support him throughout every step of his recovery. Further information will be provided on Wednesday as part of our weekly medical update. #DWFC | 🔴⚪️

I’ve always struggled with this. Same as just throwing a ball down the line. You have the ball, why would you ever give the other team a chance to win it.
Absolutely despise kick offs where the team just finds touch like in rugby…..turning over possession for territory…embarrassing!!

Watched a local game last night. Why has football become so hectic. High 5s and 10s on clearances, Everyone on the ref, Players who are tense and tight - playing at one pace and managers who are going to be ill unless they calm down. Funny thing was they were spitting
