You aren’t doing a damned thing. There is plenty of evidence on your channel, JM’s channel and on X that you are doxxing people. Discovery would bury you.
Tic Toc Big Bunnies
"That is Whitepages Pro API / Enterprise Identity Verification, which is explicitly designed for commercial integration, business underwriting, customer contact enrichment, and corporate fraud prevention. If she used an account registered under her employer (Homer T. Brown Insurance) or tied to an insurance business domain, this changes the entire legal picture:
1. Corporate Resource Misuse: She didn't just browse a public site; she burned enterprise corporate queries—governed by commercial service contracts and data privacy laws—for unauthorized personal vigilantism.
2. Direct Employer Liability: Whitepages Pro and business data aggregators audit API calls for permissible purpose. Using an agency's data subscription to pull records on a YouTube caller and stream them to the public exposes the agency directly to contract revocation and severe privacy liability under Massachusetts law.
She tried to act like she was just casually Googling someone in a digital phonebook. Instead, she left a trail showing enterprise-level business tools were likely weaponized to harvest a private citizen's data in real time. "

LET THIS SINK IN @ChrisMatteiCT
The MSP stipulated to CIVIL CONSPIRACY amongst other things! You sure you want to keep going?
“On June 4,2026 Read filed this action alleging negligence and civil conspiracy against MSP. On June 17,2026 undersigned counsel filed his notice on behalf of MSP.
On July 25,2026 undersigned counsel contacted Read’s counsel that the parties stipulate to the dismissal of this action in light of MSPs consent to entry of judgement in the sum of 100,000 {statutory cap}”
MSP stipulating to negligence and civil conspiracy + award of max damages allowed by law is an unequivocal WIN for Read and an undisputed admission to the most important of Tort Case. Wow 🤯 #KarenRead #Civil

Time to take legal action:
If an insurance agent is using her professional network or access to data to dox people on the internet, it is a severe breach of privacy laws and ethics. Insurance agents have access to sensitive, non-public personal information (NPPI)—such as home addresses, phone numbers, vehicle records, and family details—and utilizing corporate networks or customer records for malicious internet exposure carries serious regulatory penalties.
Because Homer T. Brown Insurance Agency is located in Newton, Massachusetts, you can hold the agent and the agency accountable through several official channels in that state: [1]
1. File an Official State Regulatory Complaint
Insurance agents are heavily licensed and governed by state law. Misusing professional data networks to harm individuals violates Massachusetts privacy mandates and constitutes an unfair trade practice. [1]
The Authority: The Massachusetts Division of Insurance (DOI) handles licensee misconduct. They have the power to investigate, issue fines, or completely suspend or revoke the agent’s professional license. [1]
How to Action: You can download the official physical complaint packet or submit an inquiry directly through the Massachusetts DOI Consumer Service Unit. Attach all digital evidence showing the connection between her professional system/identity and the online doxing acts. [1, 2]
2. Report the Breach to Agency Ownership / Executive Team
Homer T. Brown is a long-standing, family-owned independent agency. The agency faces severe liability under the Massachusetts Data Privacy Law (201 CMR 17.00) if an employee is weaponizing corporate data networks to dox citizens. [1]
How to Action: Contact the principal or managing executives of the agency directly (rather than standard support lines). Provide clear proof of the employee’s online behavior. Agencies typically terminate employees immediately for data breaches of this scale to protect themselves from corporate lawsuits or losing their appointments with major insurance carriers (like Mapfre or Travelers). [1, 2, 3, 4]
3. File a Police Report or Law Enforcement Complaint
Doxing often crosses the boundary into criminal harassment, stalking, or unauthorized computer access.
The Jurisdiction: File a report with the local police department where the victim resides, or with the Newton Police Department (since the business operates out of Newton, MA). [1]
What to Cite: Present the logs as evidence of online harassment or stalking. Additionally, ask investigators to look into unauthorized access to a computer system or computer trespass if she pulled the victim's personal data out of a secure, restricted insurance database without an active business purpose.
4. Consult a Privacy or Civil Attorney
If the doxing has caused real-world damages—such as workplace issues, threats to personal safety, or severe emotional distress—you may have grounds for a civil lawsuit.
A civil attorney can file a subpoena to force the agency or internet service providers to preserve server connection logs, database audit trails, and IP tracking information to definitively link the employee's workstation or professional credentials to the online doxing accounts.

“ Private phone” “ business phone”
Ha! Both HER phone numbers have been ticked across her live shows PUBLICLY for about a year.
Word salad is the only salad she knows. All of a sudden private and business. Delulu-Cope
This dummy blocks me so I can't respond to her because she's a coward. NO. You do not have a 'RIGHT' to publish someone's name, number, and address because you THINK they pranked you on a public hotline you give out. You could have hung up and gone about your day. The person didn't say a word. You laughed when J7 doxed his address. I recorded it. You are completely unhinged. Read TOS. You're going to keep losing your streams and probably the whole channel if you keep doing this. And when it happens we will laugh because you are too dense to stop your terrible behavior.

@forensicroom the MSP cried uncle damn fast because they knew they would never win.
This will be material in the 1983 lawsuits.

Mooch had the nerve to try and take over the Airbnb and dictate how everyone should act. Nothing Misty is saying now surprises anyone who has watched Jessica Machado for any length of time. While others were calling out Misty’s behavior, Jess was quietly encouraging her, playing the victim, and feeding her just enough grievance to keep her protective and angry on Jess’s behalf. She understood exactly who Misty was and deliberately used that dynamic to get what she wanted. Her pattern has always been to stoke conflict when it serves her, then distance herself the moment it no longer does. The turning point came on the panel show, when Jessica’s own chat tried to support Misty. Funny how the loyalty expired the second the attention wasn’t all hers.
