blocked that women beater. shame.
Upon recent events, I did some digging and it broke my heart.
We have created a system that disgusts me. And it’s repeat offenders all the way through.
Approximately 1 in 10 women (9.7%) will experience non-fatal strangulation or choking by an intimate partner in their lifetime. A woman who survives a non-fatal strangulation incident is 7.5 times (750%) more likely to be murdered by that same partner in the future.
Over 1 in 3 women (35.6%) in the United States have experienced physical or sexual violence, or stalking by an intimate partner in their lifetime.
Intimate partner and domestic violence account for roughly 15% to 24% of all violent crime.
Domestic violence hotlines nationwide receive more than 20,000 calls on a typical day.

Sundar Pichai when Google finally releases a good model
I did say we'd be releasing our models periodically...introducing Gemini 4 Carbon, our next frontier model.
Following Argon's release just two weeks ago, Carbon shows the pace at which we’re pushing the frontier, it ranks #1 on the recently updated v5.0 of @ArtificialAnlys Intelligence Index at 59. It also leads across key cybersecurity evaluations scoring 88.2% on SEC-bench Pro for finding vulnerabilities, 54.8% on ExploitGym for exploitation, and 71.0% on CWE-bench for patching.
We’re seeing significant improvements in long-horizon tasks even compared to Argon, and we’ve strengthened frontier safeguards.
As we did with Argon, we’re going to roll it out gradually + responsibly. Some trusted cyber defenders will get access starting this week. We'll be expanding it to more partners through our Fairwind Program, ahead of wider availability soon, so hang tight!

building things is hard. it rarely goes how you expect it to. and those on the outside don’t know what constraints you’re working with. or why something they think is easy is actually difficult or impossible.
the number one problem our space has, and there is no close second, is how emotionally debilitating it is for builders and innovators to create anything here. the risk is rarely worth the reward.
keep going @Rhynotic. we need a lot more people like you in web3, not less.
ct is becoming super vile and it's easy to feel like everyone is out to get you / wants you to fail
then you go to things like Marfa, and you're reminded that most people here are awesome, passionate, and rooting for you
you can spend hours just reading constant hate tweets on any topic, or even about yourself if you have any sort of following
people (and bots) will tweet for engagement the second something goes wrong, and be back in dms and praising you on the timeline after you're back on top. there's a reason many creators/developers have stopped tweeting, it takes a huge mental toll to just stick around
it is important to remember that most people don't create anything. most haven't launched an idea. most haven't deployed a smart contract that can hold tons of money and be exploited at any second even if you've checked everything
if you stop tweeting they win. if you stop working they win. if you stop innovating they win.
we will win.

This is just obvious especially for small teams I am not sure why people are acting shocked
Revolut CEO says you can't out-compete people who work 9 to 9, six days a week.
@chameleon_jeff said the same thing in 2023. He was building his trading system 5am-10pm, 7 days a week, for months. Then he built Hyperliquid.
I was just in Singapore and around Asia, and I can totally back this up. It's not even about the hours, it's the attitude and motivation. People there are hungry. Coming back to Europe, the contrast is huge.
When the people who actually built these companies all say it, it's hard to argue with.

I am not surprised that Discord is making public server messages searchable on Google. Here's why.
Reddit did it. Instagram did it. Forums have always done it. Walled gardens full of human discussion are being opened up because search engines need that content, and AI companies will pay for it.
Discord is sitting on years of real, human conversations across millions of communities. That's valuable data. A Reddit-style AI licensing deal is could be there in the future. Data is the moat after all.
The era of private-by-default public platforms is ending. If you said it in a public server, assume it's on its way to a search index and an LLM.

Hey Json
It’s been 14+ hours since it’s been publicly proven beyond a reasonable doubt that $FPUMP is not bundled.
Can you let me know what time today our pnl will be fixed?
Also if you’d like we could have a discussion about how pnl was removed the exact moment my squad hit #1 when the coin caught momentum and ran from 1M to 7M and removing the public pnl negatively impacted the coin.
And lastly we could also discuss how you removed the pnl when you did 0 due diligence on its launch mechanism and apparently have no one on staff at pump fun who can read evm smart contracts or figure out what is actually a bundle vs what isn’t.
If you don’t want to discuss these other things, you can just restore our pnl and we can carry on.
Fuck pumpfun.
Replying to @The__Solstice
this has been fixed, it was a bug on our end due to you transferring the position in pre-competition
note that any other transfers in post-start are not counted - only off-platform holdings held before the competition started are counted as we didn't want to see tokens get sold off and rebought during the competition.

Announcing 3 Critical vulns for hundreds of millions of IoT, Firewalls, OT, and Military devices including: Palo Alto Networks, Comcast, D-Link, HP, Canon, Honeywell, GE, Oracle, Siemens, Rockwell, Digi, Lockheed Martin, Boeing...
The vulns are with GoAhead Web Server which is a backend library used by these devices. There's a patch available from GoAhead but that doesn't mean there's a patch available for the devices yet -- that's up to the manufacturer.
- TLS traffic over DHE ciphers have a 1-byte secret, "04", meaning anyone can decrypt connections to these devices and steal login credentials and session tokens if the client negotiated with DHE ciphers like the latest TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_CHACHA20_POLY1305_SHA256, which is extremely likely.
- LibreSSL mTLS has been completely bypassed, meaning anyone can connect over mTLS. If you have one of these devices listening on the internet and are expecting mTLS to protect it from attackers, take it offline or patch asap.
- OpenSSL Certificate Revocation Lists (CRLs) are not enforced, meaning if a user device is stolen or compromised, and you revoke that mTLS cert, nothing actually happens. There are a lot of other attacks this can be used for.
These are critical because these types of devices run our world. Water systems, electricity, military, firewalls, critical infrastructure.
