Spooky Slutty Halloween Brownies
1 Package of pillsbury pumpkin cookies
1 package of orange or red Oreos
1 package Betty Crocker brownie mix
1/2 stick melted butter
2 eggs
3 tablespoons water
Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper than arrange your Oreos. In a bowl combine brownie mix, melted butter, eggs and water. Pour on Oreos and gently spread. Place the pumpkin cookies evenly on top of the brownie batter. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Pumpkin cupcakes
1/2 melted butter (1 stick)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4th cup granulated white sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
Cream cheese frosting
1/3 cup softened butter (5 tbsp)
4oz cream cheese (half block)
2 cups confectionary sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
In a bowl combine melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and pumpkin. Mix until combined. Then add your flour, white sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, ginger and cinnamon until combined. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool.
While the cupcakes cool add 5 tablespoons butter to a bowl and whip until fluffy about 1 minute. Place the cream cheese in the bowl and beat another 2 minutes, add vanilla and confectionary sugar and stir until combined. Then use your hand mixer to beat two minutes until fluffy. Add the icing on to your cupcakes, top with pumpkin spice and enjoy!
