So let me get this straight. @WalmartCanada just delivered the wrong order to me and customer service told me I have to wait to see if the correct order is delivered to me, if not I have to pay for and place a new order, and then I have to initiate a refund tomorrow.
So now I have to: pay for two orders, initiate the refund, spend MORE time on the phone fixing this, wait longer than expected for my order to arrive, and find room for 8 bags of bagels in my freezer because let’s be honest, this random person’s order isn’t leaving my place.
@WalmartCanada do better. Why is it the customer’s fault to clean up this mess? Why am I not being compensated at all? Why can’t you contact the driver after the order has left your store? Why do you allow incorrectly delivered orders to be swapped between homes? 🤯😡
