Dear Rocket League: Your matchmaking sucks. It has for years, please fix it. These were both instant queues. I am tired of it. One is even worse than the other (for obvious reasons)

I wonder if pro teams will have players not in the play checking the scoreboard to see if a player in the air got their flip to tell their teammate 😅 (I doubt it, but funny you can now track if they got one in the air)

They should've paired the Dev Boost with 50 Honor Duel wins. Would make everyone use the feature more, and have something on the line for it. I also think Honor Duel wins should grant towards a free drop. Maybe challenger wins = 1 point out of 10, defender wins = 2 points

We tried something new with Dev Boost, and it led to a poor match experience and was hard for the global community to participate in. We want this to be a fun reward that anyone can earn, so Dev Boost is now a Free Tier 99 reward in the Season 24 Rocket Pass. Dev Boost is no longer granted by winning with or against a developer.

I can't imagine how much the developers are being spammed right now to play with people because even I'm being bombarded with messages 😅 I don't think this is a temporary thing, developers will always grant this moving forward 🫡 You'll get it with time! They play casual a lot

Also I do agree with some people that just meeting a developer should be enough to unlock the item. This event is a cool idea but it is disrupting casual. Once people realize this is an ongoing thing it'll settle

I checked in on the stream and still an hour later he can't get a game... @RocketLeague it would be good to add a feature in the game that stops players from backing out of a queue more than X times per hour. Maybe 3? This is mostly a high leaderboard issue but still a problem

For anyone wondering about UI etc, these are dev/build tests and the pros were just there to get the "feel" of the game to be 1 to 1, I would assume UI is not final and also some things would be shown for feedback rather than an official feature in the game
