A @Waymo robotaxi in San Francisco called the police on its passengers after cabin cameras caught them handling a gun. It is a stark reminder that driverless cars are always watching.

Instinct is not a great product. It's a great distribution play.
Everyone in my feed is calling it the future of personal agents. I've spent two years building in this space, specifically shopping. I used it. It fell short fast.
Here's what using it actually looks like.
It scrapes the website. Finds missing information. Asks me. I confirm. It goes back in. Finds the next gap. Asks me. I confirm. Back in again. Round trip after round trip 😴.
Ten minutes to fill in a simple form that takes me 20 seconds with autofill and my existing cookies.
Under the bonnet it's a cloud browser with payment details stored via Stripe Link. Nothing proprietary. Product images render badly, recommendations arrive with no rationale, and the whole thing lives in a WhatsApp thread that sinks out of sight within a day, on a platform whose owner has just launched its own agent!
Meanwhile, Deliveroo gets me a burger in two taps. Apple Pay gets me through checkout in one.
People are saying it’s great for shopping…I could show you 100 better experiences that have been around for years.
So what have they done well?
They made agents accessible to normal consumers, possibly for the first time. No setup, no app, just a WhatsApp message. They engineered exclusivity brilliantly. And they turned early distribution into an enormous war chest.
That's the moat. Distribution and capital. Not technology.
Smart strategy. I respect it. But to everyone calling the product world-class: what have you been doing? For real.
Because if this impresses you, you haven't spent much time with personal agents.
$10 billion? Not a chance.
Tell me the use case that's stuck for you. I'm all ears, genuinely.

Anthropic stopped five attempts to use its AI for biological weapon research over the last eight months. Turns out AI makes complex tasks easier for everyone, even people up to no good.

OK GPT-6 Astra is insane at making games.
I remade Paperboy - everything modelled in Blender, rendered in browser.
took ages to dial in the look and feel, models and rendering but my god its awesome.

Many people are saying
I'd always thought AI was terrible at design, but after reading today's 🤯 post by @anshuc, I realized I was just doing it wrong.
"AI models are capable of amazing creativity, but that creativity gets stifled. LLMs are trained to be next-token predictors: they look at a sequence of text and predict what typically comes next. Great design is exactly the opposite of this. Great design bends the rules and delights users with memorable, unexpected choices."
@anshuc led design and engineering teams at Apple for 12 years. In his words: "Most people only see 1% of AI's creative potential. I want to show you how to tap into the other 99%."
His 8 techniques for breaking out of the 1%:
1. Use seed strings to inject variety
2. Be much more ambitious with your prompts
3. Create positive feedback loops with subagents
4. Use image generation to enrich designs
5. Use video generation
6. Cut out elements that don’t add value
7. Remove AI tells
8. Rewrite copy by hand

Dev sprints are dead...traditional dev lags the founder's vision by months. Vibe coding closes that gap. It’s time to stop managing velocity and start manifesting vision.

I was wrong about Vibe Coding. 18 months ago, it was a struggle with Z-indexes and tokens.
Today? I’m coding complex apps on 6 screens in VR. We’ve hit the inflection point where creativity finally meets production-grade speed. The 10x era is officially here. 🚀 #VibeCoding #AI
