Today we celebrated IWD at ERAC. It’s amazing to see a largely male dominated company providing an environment where every female has the opportunity the thrive and succeed. We also celebrated Employee Appreciation day. I’m proud to work alongside such a talented team!

International Women’s Day at Enterprise Mobility. On Tuesday I had the pleasure of attending an International Women’s day event at the Bet365 stadium in Stoke. It was great to hear from female leaders across different roles in the company and hearing their unique stories.

Yesterday I attended my 5 month presentation discussing all things growth. It was a great chance to hear everyone’s experiences and get some valuable feedback. We ended the day by quad biking and archery. It was great to catch up with everyone else from different branches.

New month, new captaincy! Excited to be the new captain for service/ customer sat. To ensure service is the highest standard it can be I’ve started a competition to ensure the team are fully engaged in our progression! Excited to see our updates team U318👏🏼

Another great night with the FFG. A massive thanks to @ven_connelly for organising last night for all the females in U32. A very inspiring night sharing knowledge on the core areas of the business by speed networking. Also a big thanks to all the guest speakers!

After a great 3 months, today was my last day at U361. I’m grateful to have started my career at @UKEnterprise with such a great bunch of people! Very sad to be leaving my team (who have spoilt me) but very excited for my next chapter at U318. ☺️

Last week I completed my stage 1 risk management training. Thanks to @ChrisBeaumontU3 and @davidshrieves. Very beneficial and lots of takeaways which I am ready to implement.
