突发！印度士兵在中印边境被打退。 按照 1996 年的协议，双方在实际控制线附近都不开枪。这条规定本来是为了不让边境争端变成战争，结果却让边境变成了靠棍棒、石头和人数决定谁守住阵地的地方。 2020 年的加勒万冲突就是这样，印方 20 名士兵、中方至少 4 名士兵死亡，没有开过一枪。 往大处看，两国政府都想把事情控制在小范围里。印度需要中国的供应链，同时在华盛顿和莫斯科之间两头下注。中国在和美国的竞争升温时，也不想多开一条战线。所以边境一直有冲突，但都被控制住了。
