If you're a junior dev or new to coding,
You'll:
• Feel overwhelmed by tutorials
• Face fear at your 1st job
• Doubt yourself a lot

You don't have to wait to be confident before you take actions.
You just have to do it. Multiple times.
Then eventually confidence will follow.
Anytime someone claims they prefer to be realistic instead of optimistic, look a little closer.
Their realism is often dressed-up pessimism.
Procrastination is searching for the perfect color of a submit button.
Instead of making sure it submits when clicked.
Opinions are illusions.
It is far easier to spin up your own interpretation than to know things for what they are.
Meaning > Experience.
Your interpretation of what happened is more important than what happened.
Most sufferings come not from the experience. But from the meaning we attach to the experience.
Opinions ≠ Facts.
The older you grow, the better you need to get at separating perspectives from the truth.
Today's Moves > Tomorrow's Worries.

Things to practice more as you grow older:
- Increasing self awareness
- Thinking about thinking
- Standing for the truth
- Self confidence
- Self respect
The best way to build self confidence is to try the things you thought you could never do.
You don't need everything you try to work.
You just need one.
Most people focus on changing their bad habits.
But you should instead focus on removing the triggers of your bad habits.
Productivity reminders:
- For this week, focus on your 1 major goal.
- Long TODOs lead to longer procrastination.
