I always thought $HEX was the biggest Ponzi in crypto but $LUNA seems to have won hands down.
9M is peanuts compared to Do Kwon's exit liquidity in the billions.
Haters, what I got is better than what u got. Learn from me.

Another hidden message... every stick added to the dam represents another printed $MSTR share that keeps the shareholders under water.
The stage is set for the next #Bitcoin bulltrap. In 2021 it was ScamB's S2F-model. In 2025 it was ScamC's PowerLaw.
Needless to say this is the great rug for 2029. Everyone expecting a top after 1064 days will surely end holding the bag. 🟢🔴🔴🔴 is coming.
🚨WILD: This Bitcoin chart is going viral for predicting the next parabolic run.
It shows every cycle since 2014 following the same rhythm, a 365 day correction followed by a 1,064 day parabolic bull run.

When FTX crashed and everyone soiled themselves, that was the opportunity to buy $MSTR and I did.
Eventually Strategy started printing shares to buy Bitcoin in 2024, that was a clear sign the party was over. I said it was time to get out, guess who disagreed? Well it was Chris.
Look another Bitcoin Maxi who thinks the network is secured by imaginary power as if a drop in hash rate doesn't matter.
"Why didn't anyone tell me investing in $MSTR was a bad idea"

Perhaps this is coming as a surprise to a lot of $MSTR investors, the bill has come due, there's no free lunch.

Vinny Lingham on exactly how the MSTR empire could crash step by step
"The moment MSTR trades at a discount he cannot raise more cash. He is locked out. He cannot sell MSTR. He cannot sell STRC. Then he starts running out of cash. Call it nine months, eight months, seven months"
"The market prices this in well in advance. The biggest buyer of Bitcoin is being removed. People selling Bitcoin are going to push the price down"
"There is a void that forms in the market. The person who has been providing liquidity for years is no longer providing it. The price of Bitcoin goes into a deeper bear market. And then he has to sell Bitcoin to pay the interest on the preferreds"
MSTR, STRC, and BTC: Vinny Lingham on What Just Broke teapawt.net/i/broadcasts/1dJrPPpYM…
These Saylor fanboy clowns got caught swimming naked and now they are trying to save face.
This post was seen by ~1M people yesterday. A few more thoughts on the topic...
A. "Steady lads, deploying more capital"
This is the infamous meme that comes from the Terra/Luna implosion. Crypto people have scar tissue from the May 2022 implosion of this algorithmic stablecoin.
Terra was designed to maintain a $1 peg by using a BTC treasury (Luna) to bid if the price went below $1, and sell if it went above $1. This works great, except in a panic.
4 years ago, panic happened. People wanted out of Terra, so the Luna treasury was automatically drawn down to protect the peg.
But this depleted the system's resources and deteriorated its capacity to keep defending the peg, which stoked more fear and exacerbated the exit pressure. Eventually the BTC treasury was depleted, the defense system was exhausted, the peg broke and Terra went to zero.
People who lived through that are wary of STRC and other Digital Credit instruments.
But, STRC is the opposite fundamental design of this.
B. Architected systems vs. free markets
Terra/Luna was an architected system that actively used its treasury resources to defend a peg.
STRC relies on free-market price discovery to find price equilibrium, and does not promise to maintain a peg.
And that is at the heart of why Strategy will be fine, and STRC along with it.
Strategy will not expend resources to try to maintain anything. Instead, the free market will find equilibrium on its own.
C. How to kill STRC
The health of STRC depends on the health of Strategy's balance sheet, because that determines whether STRC holders continue to receive dividends.
STRC's market price can depeg and trade at a serious discount... but Strategy's balance sheet is completely unaffected.
To attack Terra/Luna, you just needed to create a confidence wobble that forced the system to expend BTC treasury resources to defend the price of Terra.
To attack STRC, you need to deplete Strategy's balance sheet. Since they're not actively expending it to defend anything, you would need to send Bitcoin's price to ~$0 and keep it there. Good luck!
D. How STRC heals itself
STRC trades down in this leverage wipeout to $82. Strategy does nothing; expends no resources.
Strategy keeps paying STRC dividends with its unaffected balance sheet strength.
Now, investors are getting ~14% effective yield w/ the potential for a ~20% capital gain. STRC is more attractive than it previously was!
This attracts more investors. Price is bid up.
Strategy will likely increase dividend rate on June 30 to 11.75% or 12%. This makes STRC more attractive still. Price is bid up.
STRC dividends keep being paid. Market realizes that Strategy is unimpacted, it was just a leverage wipeout. Confidence in STRC dividends returns. Price is bid up.
Back to $100 par.
It will take weeks or maybe months, but that is how the free market (and the variable rate dividend mechanic) will restore STRC to $100.
And that's why this is the opposite of Terra/Luna's design.

What's going on with $STRC? Let us explain:
$STRC is a product Michael Saylor's Strategy sells to raise cash. You pay $100 for a share, and they pay you back roughly 11.5% a year in cash. Think of it like a high-yield account, not a normal stock. They then use that cash to buy Bitcoin $BTC.
The deal only works if the price stays near $100. That's the promise: park your money here, collect the yield, and your $100 stays worth about $100.
Strategy keeps it near $100 using one lever: the dividend. If the price slips below $100, they raise the payout to attract buyers and lift it back up.
The reason Strategy cares so much? When $STRC sits at $100, Strategy can issue new shares and use the cash to buy more Bitcoin. That's a big part of how the whole machine is funded.
But below $100, the machine stalls. Every $STRC share carries a $100 obligation no matter what it sells for, so issuing at $90 means collecting $90 while still owing dividends on the full $100. They'd be taking on a dollar of obligation to raise ninety cents. So they stop issuing and wait for the price to climb back toward par.
And right now, that machine is breaking. $STRC hit a new low today at ~$82. Bitcoin has been weak, and Strategy's cash pile has dropped from $2.25B to around $1B .
Two problems hit at once: Below $100, Strategy stops selling new shares, so that funding source dries up. And the dividend still has to be paid in cash every couple of weeks no matter what. So they reached into the Bitcoin...
In late May, Saylor sold 32 BTC to cover obligations on $STRC. First bitcoin sale since 2022, and the first sign the system was being truly tested.
That sale is the spark... it told the market Strategy was tapping its bitcoin to make payments, confidence cracked, and buyers started demanding a higher yield to hold $STRC. The price slid, and the loop kicked in.
The loop summarized: Price drops, so they need a higher dividend payout to defend $100. A higher payout means more cash owed to investors. More cash owed means dipping into cash reserves or selling bitcoin. Selling bitcoin pushes its price down and erodes investor confidence in the entire structure. A lower bitcoin price pushes $STRC down again. The death spiral begins.
Each step makes the next one worse. That's why the market is watching $STRC so closely right now.
$MSTR $BTC
🚨 MicroStrategy $MSTR is preparing to make its first Bitcoin SELL in nearly 4 years... and it's not profit taking.
Beginning of the end for Saylor?
🤣 Wouldn't affect the Bitcoin price at all... whenever Strategy isn't buying thousands of Bitcoin a week the price collapses ffs, what a 🤡

Here we have another Bitcoin "genius". Unfortunately not only did Strategy's shareholders lose alot of their value, Strategy had to print and sell more $MSTR shares because the price dropped.
Strategy sold 32 BTC the week before this.
With a 1550 BTC buy today, they bought 48x as much BTC as they sold. Average price of ~$65k / BTC.
If they had deployed the same $101m into BTC a week earlier (~$75k / BTC), they would have bought ~1347 BTC.
In other words, selling 32 BTC and the market irrationally panicking about it... allowed Strategy to buy 203 BTC more this week for the same dollars.

It's official.
MicroStrategy, $MSTR, is now facing its biggest unrealized loss in history, at -$10.8 billion.
In other words, after 6 years of buying Bitcoin, the company is now down -17% on its position.
By comparison, the S&P 500 is up +116% over this same timeframe.
Since MicroStrategy sold 32 Bitcoin at $77,135 per coin, their positions has lost -$11.8 billion in value.
This puts MicroStrategy's stock, $MSTR, down -77% since its record high.
Bear market is an understatement.
Imagine seeing all of Strategy's flaws but then being in complete denial of the inevitable outcome.

No crying in the casino!
🟠 ''MicroStrategy sells any Bitcoin by May 31, 2026?''
🏅 I became a top ~0.07% all-time trader ranked #1126 on @Polymarket with this trade, but there is an issue.
The outcome is a clear ✅ YES. But they ruled ❌ NO.
📄 @Strategy clearly states in the 8-K filing with the SEC that they sold 32 BTC in the month of May, 2026:
🪙 ''On June 1, 2026, Strategy announced updates with respect to its bitcoin holdings: 32 BTC sold''
📅 ''During Period May 26, 2026 to May 31, 2026''
🆕 The news was all over @X. Strategy sold 32 BTC! They sold last week, in May. There is no way around it.
👨🏫The rules on this Polymarket event are clear:
📃 ''This market will resolve to "Yes" if MicroStrategy sells any of its Bitcoin by 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".''
📃 ''The primary resolution source for this market will be information from MSTR and on-chain data, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.''
💹 The market rules point to when Strategy SOLD.
📢 Not to when Strategy ANNOUNCED the sale.
❌ Polymarket cancelled the outcome in contradiction to their own rules. The team made an executive decision on this. They resolved a clear YES, into a shocking NO.
🏆 I was the #1 holder of this market until the dispute. I also was the initial disputer of the NO outcome.
🔎 I ask for @Polymarket to seriously investigate this.
And could I maybe get my $750 dispute bond back? 😅
