The governance system will be implemented mid - late January. At first it will use the snapshot function and each person will be able to vote according to their number of sLF. Suggestions will first be proposed and discussed on the discord before being voted.

Everyone will be able to propose their modifications to the protocol. We will keep the right to refuse any abusive proposal or that would put the protocol in danger.

We plan to extend warmup to 4 epoch during the event (next rebase) and allow to dilute the sales, people who bond or add $LF to warmup can still be able to use the multi-wallets strategy. This will give us time to get ready to announce the next marketing before everyone can claim

The Life DAO team will use their treasury funds to perform buybacks of the $LF token on the open market. Buybacks can induce additional bonding to grow the treasury, recouping the cost of the buyback and increasing RFV backing per LF.

The Life team does not believe that committing to specific buyback times, dates, or strategies is wise. Doing so exposes the Life to the risk of being frontrun. The Life team will therefore perform buybacks at its discretion. Completed buybacks will be announced within 24 hours.

It does not obligate the Life DAO team to engage in any buybacks and should not be interpreted as a signal that a buyback will occur at any point in time.
