Dear ladies, In the beginning of our marriages, we enjoy the adoration of our husbands, and we might think we can take that for granted as responsibilities start to grow and we have less time and energy to spare.  The tendency of wives is to slack up for whatever reason, and give less respect, less attention and to demand more authority, more command, more lordship and more indulgences.   We become less attentive and we wonder why our husbands become less caring. We gripe about the little things like leaving clothing on the floor, or not putting down the toilet seat and then we wonder why he doesn’t seem to be romantic any more. If we love him and we want to keep our closeness, we will not let these little things interfere, but we will graciously let them go.  Just let them go and be thankful you have a husband that faithfully supports you and lives with you. Always look for the good that he does and don’t nitpick or nag. The more I take this approach, the more my husband trusts me and wants to please me in return. It’s a cycle of love.  Be the one to start it.
