Day 298: Hyrule Field - The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Link leaving his home of Kokiri Forest to go on an adventure across the vast world of Hyrule is a perfect representation of how I feel about my move right now!

Day 281 of Japanese study!!
On the road to my new home! Getting some light reading practice in with some more よつばと！, which is fitting since it’s a manga about moving to a new area. Gonna be getting my reviews done between driving trade-offs, we’ve got a long way to go!

Day 297: The Midnight Train - A Dance of Fire and Ice
A chill swing song in 5/4 time from an underrated rhythm game. Seems fitting since it’s almost midnight and I’m traveling in the morning! For real this time!!!

Day 280 of Japanese study.
Still haven’t left Ohio yet. But I think I’m leaving for real in the morning.
Bad news is, trying to do my reviews without WiFi is a pain. I did 100 on my friends steam deck, but they didn’t count because disconnected. Oof.
LAST DAY IN OHIO FINALLY.
Every time I load something into the moving truck, I come back in and there’s still just as much. It never ends. It feels like I’m never leaving even though i was supposed to leave today, and yesterday, and the day before, and the day before that…

Day 296: Attack the Enemy (Battle) - Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time
A game I need to play more of! This song makes me feel like I need to hurry up, which is exactly how I feel when packing for my move tomorrow!!!

Day 279 of Japanese study.
Leaving in the morning. Packing a lot. No more internet, so I’m doing my reviews on my friends steam deck. It’s hard and I’m stressed but things will be back to normal very soon.

Day 295: Holo Home (Night) - hololive Dreams
A lo-fi version of Shiny Smile Story! Holodori has been the first mobile game to really pull me in since SIF, and I've been loving it so much so far. It's genuinely so fun.

Day 278 of Japanese study.
Mentally and physically exhausted. Moving is so much work. We've pushed back again and are leaving Saturday morning. Tomorrow should be my last day before moving. Trying my best to keep up with my studies but this is a challenge.
Here's a cool kanji.

Day 294: The Shape of a Heart - Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe
This song was originally in Kirby Star Allies, but I first heard it here in Magolor's Epilogue. It's a nice piano version of the main theme of the game.

Day 277 of Japanese study.
Not gonna lie, it was rough going through my reviews today. Plus learning difficult words. It's really hard because I've spent all day packing and I have to stop to work on my studies. I'm so exhausted. Only a few more days until I can hopefully relax.
I see “I just gotta make it to the end of this week” as a common phrase.
My phrase is “I just gotta lock in this week” every week because I push myself too hard lol.
Day 276 of Japanese study!
The kanji I'm learning for this level have been sticking better than usual which is good! It feels like maybe I'm learning faster now.
Also they totally clocked me with this mnemonic. They know their audience of JP learners I suppose lol.
Day 750 of swim!! 🎊
Wow, 3/4 of 1000 workouts in total. A huge milestone! Not only that, but this is my final workout in Ohio, where I first started swimming 4 years ago.
It’s been a long journey. This Friday is moving day, I’ll miss this pool!
Expect to see a new pool soon!

Day 293: Boss 1 - Terraria
What I consider to be the most iconic boss theme in Terraria, this song plays during what is usually your first boss, the Eye of Cthulhu. It's a nice contrast to the usual chill biome themes.
