For at least four years, according to Jared, with both their names on the mortgage. Also, all the crazy stories they told about why, exactly, Jensen had to move in with Jared will never not be funny.

Tom told Jared that his friends think that Tom Welling is more handsome than he is. So Jared immediately facetimed Tom W and made little Tom, who didn’t know his dad and Tom W were friends, say it to his face. After which little Tom said, what the hell was that?? 🤣🤣 #SPNFamily

Aw, what a sweet story. Girl faints outside the auto/ops room. Jared goes after her. Jensen: Hey, that's not going to help her at all! It's your fault, you winked at her! Damn it, Jared! Jared and Jensen are so so sweet to fans. 🥰🥰
