Motorcycle racing has long been defined by its knee-dragging cornering, but that’s no longer enough. The best of @MotoGP are now getting their shoulders down. So how are @88jorgemartin & Co. doing it? espn.com/racing/story/_/id/4…
You can't talk to anyone in #MotoGP circles without hearing about how great Marc Márquez and Jorge Martín are, and those people aren't wrong, the Spaniards are exceptional. But so is Pecco Bagnaia. Maybe even more so. espn.com/racing/story/_/id/4…
F1's boom times coincide with the ownership of Liberty Media. Now that it's agreed to purchase MotoGP, too, can the pinnacle of two-wheel motorsport expect a similar crossover into the pop-culture consciousness? espn.com/racing/story/_/id/3…
Racers with a propensity for going viral, a liberal helping of marketing magic, and a Grammy-winning co-owner: @TeamTrackhouse has become must-see TV in @NASCAR. Can @JustinMarksTH's new @TrackhouseMoto team use the same recipe for success in @MotoGP? espn.com/racing/story/_/id/3…
Higher when lights go out: Raúl’s heart rate or his tire temperature? #QatarGP
This kid has talent pouring out of his ears. I have high expectations for his rookie season, but they might not be high enough.
The @MotoGP season gets underway this weekend at #QatarGP. Still trying to decide which of these 22 riders is most deserving your fandom? Here's one reason to root for each of them: espn.com/racing/story/_/id/3…
Max Verstappen started 2024 the way he finished 2023: with another victory. The three-time world champion showed no signs of slowing down in the #BahrainGP. @Edmondson_F1: espn.com/racing/story/_/id/3…

NASCAR is really good right now. We’ve undergone a huge shift in tracks, cars, rules, and even drivers, and I constantly add new “bucket list” events to my calendar.
I recently talked to @BenKennedy33 about how NASCAR plans to stay this way.

Not every circuit can be blessed with the history of Spa or Indianapolis. For those that aren't, what makes them appealing to drivers and riders? @TilkeOfficial, @PatricioOWard and @BradBinder_33 help to explain what makes a good racetrack. espn.com/racing/story/_/id/3…

In a press release, PSRA hits back at Don Garber's complaints about the union membership rejecting the tentative agreement with PRO.

Curious if Don knows that it is almost impossible to earn a living wage writing about MLS. Calling reporters "lazy" here is completely out of touch, especially when the league is also, understandably, prioritizing Messi in the same exact way.
MLS Commissioner Don Garber emphasizes the league's depth and quality beyond the star power of Messi ⚽️
“It's easy and somewhat lazy for reporters to just write about Messi... There's so much more here that I think people need to recognize.”

Filed to ESPN: The Marty & McGee #NASCAR season preview conversation. With a young, charismatic champion, a brand-new docuseries and a perfectly cast villain starved for a title, there’s a lot of momentum. So, bring on 2024 and the Daytona 500.

Maybe I’m just a curmudgeon, but it feels odd to me that Repsol has second billing here in the year Honda is celebrating the 30th anniversary of their partnership. That is a long, long time in any racing series, something worth really commemorating.
